Does what it says on the label. Offers a good night's sleep at an affordable price. Cold food in the restaurant left a lot to be desired, although it was OK food, even if it was cold ! Location is ideal for Bath or Longleat, but the hotel views are non-existent.

The floor in our room and the room above were incredibly annoying! They creaked so loudly when walking. We got woken up multiple times throughout the night by the people above us just walking around their room. I wouldn’t stay here again! Apart from having the worst night sleep, the room was clean and the receptionist was great.

A great night's sleep was had which was just what I needed! Thank you Frome PI team! Hotel has recently had a much needed refurbishment and you can tell that the team have a lot more pride about the hotel! Didn't get a chance to eat in the restaurant.

Room, was excellent, But the food was pitifully poor quality and quantities I purchased additional so called" Festive potataes" because I knew the portion of fries would be inadequate, The result was at nearly£6, was about 7 small roast potatoes, swimming in redcurrant sauce ! Really? Why wasn't the sauce on the side? Looked and tasted like a dessert! Everything that was served at breakfast lost its heat after it was dispensed in the containers? Seemed the food serving containers had no individual heat source other that than the heat lamps above. The food has always been over priced,and undersized sized It was also.very obvious that despite the efforts of some very young woman staff that, there is staffing limitations It just all felt like an expensive Hungry Horse affair.

Stayed here for an overnighted after Longleat day with the family. Check in easy and friendly. Rooms clean and spacious, refurbished recently. Bed comfy and shower hot. What’s not to like? Easy for breakfast, too. Only next door and that was plentiful as well.

The Premier Inn was easy to find and having a Harvester there was an added bonus, free on site parking. The room was clean and very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and although situated on an industrial area there was absolutely no noise

A very pleasant experience. The Receptionist went above and beyond for us as the room we had booked was being refurbished, so she upgraded us to Premier Plus, a great room. We had dinner and next morning, breakfast in the hotel, both meals were very good.

Arrived for the Christmas longleat experience at what is a very popular hotel. The two ladies who greeted us on the Sunday night were very friendly and helped us resolve the booking issue we had, and also attempted to resolve our restaurant issue (detailed separately under “restaurant”). The room was tidy and clean, although it can be a trek to your room! Otherwise it was excellent premier inn quality
