I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Oriental Hotel in Fukuoka, and it was truly an experience to remember. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm Japanese hospitality and was quickly checked-in by the friendly staff. The lobby was beautifully decorated. My room was clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The high-speed Wi-Fi was reliable, which was a plus for my trip. The bed was comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of both Japanese and Western options. The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a short walk from the train and bus stations, which is full of shopping, and restaurants. My overall experience was fantastic. The Oriental Hotel Fukuoka offers a comfortable stay, excellent service, and a unique blend of tradition and modernity. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fukuoka! .

This hotel has branches in Hakata and Tenjin. This one is relatively new, but the relative price is a bit more expensive, but I personally feel that it is very cost-effective. When I live, because it is on a holiday, the average is about 1900 Taiwan dollars, but if it is a weekday, it should be cheaper. I used it for a long time, but this time it was used for children's exams. In particular, Mr. Mori at the front desk responded to various details before staying, saying, ”I prepared a quiet room as much as possible because it was a thing with the examinees.” We had you prepare a corner room on the upper floors and were able to concentrate on the last spurt without stress. I was scheduled to arrive at Fukuoka Airport at night and booked as a hotel near Hakata Station, which is 2 subway stations from the airport. The proximity of 2 minutes from Chikushi Guchi was not only at night but also the next morning, so it was convenient to have a block to the entrance of Daytos in the station building. The hotel room was beautiful, and check-out was easy to return the card key to the BOX. There is a Japanese restaurant on the second floor of the hotel, and I ate at Daytos, but the hotel breakfast looked delicious.

Excellent location, literally just a few minutes walk from Hakata station - it will be perfect if you’re coming to Fukuoka via Shinkansen. It’s also only a few stations only to Tenjin. The area is quiet and more low key if thats you’re thing, but you can find lots of eateries at the station and there’re are some really good restaurants near the hotel too. Rooms are small but enough especially if you’re a solo traveller, it’s very clean and quiet, and I enjoyed the public bath a lot - it’s clean too. They clean your room every 3 nights - I guess it’s a cost saving + eco thing, but overall v good value for money. I really liked the area!

We stayed in a twin room for 2 consecutive nights. At check-in, I applied ”Eco de Route Inn” (cleaning only towel exchange and garbage collection) and got 2 canned beers. The room was clean, not new or large, and it was easy to use, such as an empty refrigerator and a kettle pot. The view from the window was about the Hakata Station Square from between the next building. There are 6 washrooms in the large communal bath, and it was not crowded after 20:30 on weekdays and holidays, so I was able to take a bath slowly. Breakfast is from 6:45, but I was able to start eating a little earlier than that or was ready early. There was a line at 7:00. The Japanese side dishes including local specialties such as Mentaiko and cucumber were abundant and delicious, but the croissants placed on the edge of the buffet shelf were crispy. It was delicious when I lightly burned with a toaster. After checking out, I had my luggage kept until the evening just before returning home, and I was able to go sightseeing lightly. It was a very convenient hotel for dinner and sightseeing, directly connected to Hakata Station Hakata Bus Terminal.

Facilities: It's a ten-minute walk from the subway station. The room is relatively small. Hygiene: Hygiene is very clean. Environment: The surrounding area is relatively quiet, and you need to walk a little distance to eat. Service: The service is okay. The front desk is located on the 10th floor, which is a bit inconvenient.

Nice hotel. Very close to Hakata station and express bus terminal, about a 3 minute walk to the station. Boutique type of hotel, the entrance and front desk areas are nicely done. So easy to use as a home base to get around. I traveled to Kumamoto, Huis Ten Bosch and Shimonoseki very easily. Also walked to Canal City and Tenjin from the hotel. Breakfast can be provided depending on your reservation. They have a restaurant room for breakfast. TripAdvisor hotel photos show exactly the layouts of the rooms and the breakfast. The breakfast is standard, american or japanese and the breakfast is exactly the same every day (only the jam changes daily). As with most rooms in japan the single room is smallish but adequate for one person. Front desk was so-so, japanese clerks spoke very little english. Non japanese clerks spoke english and could help english speaking tourists better. I did not request daily cleaning and they only gave me new towels and razors when they did clean my room (suggestion to hotel, you should drop off new towels daily even if cleaning wasn’t requested, many hotels do that). Overall I liked the hotel. Conveniently located near the station so you won’t get lost walking to the hotel. If I visit Fukuoka again I would stay here again. Highly recommended. I booked 3 months in advance so only paid around $45 a night total for single room with breakfast, great prices for a 5 night stay although I think they charged me an extra 10-12 yen upon checkin (hotel fee?).

You can borrow your luggage when you check out. Still very new hotel, about １２ minutes walk from Hakata Station. The time is almost the same from Higashi Hie Station of the subway, but if you are from Higashi Hie, you will not be lost because you are straight from the street. The hotel has a clean interior and plenty of hot water. The air cleaner is also complete in each room. There are several restaurants in the neighborhood with combination two and midnight. There is a reasonable Yakiniku shop across the street where the store name has changed. There is a counter, so it was okay for one person.
