The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Hakata Station. If you have a big suitcase, it is recommended to take a taxi directly from the airport, which costs about 2,000 yen. A few days before check-in, the hotel will send the gate password and check-in password to your email. The instructions are relatively clear. Although there is no front desk, it is very convenient to complete the check-in procedures.
However, because there is no front desk, you cannot store your luggage before the check-in time, and you cannot receive express delivery during your stay (unless you happen to be in the hotel).
The room is clean, but it is not as big as it looks in the picture. There is not enough space to spread out the suitcase, but the bed is very large and comfortable to sleep on. Overall, it is a satisfactory stay experience.
