Thanks to Xiao Xu, the room manager, for calling in advance to arrange the room. It was already 11 o'clock in the evening to check in at the store, and the front desk went smoothly. The room is big enough, the bedding is very comfortable, and the overall stay experience is very good. It's a pity that I didn't have time to visit the swimming pool in a hurry on a business trip. Looking forward to coming to Fuzhou next time~

amazing! We had a non forgotten time in the hotel! How I wish I have more time to spend in the room with the kids and enjoy the warm spring at level 4! The room is spacious and comfortable with toys and kid’s friendly facilities.

It's the most cost-effective hotel I've ever stayed in. We came to watch a concert. We were still on the train when we got a call from the hotel asking if we had a baby with us and if we needed extra toiletries? Do you need free extra bed service depending on how old your child is? As soon as we arrived in Fuzhou at around 12 o'clock, we were notified that the room was cleaned and the extra bed was ready for check-in at any time! The little guy in the lobby helped us carry our luggage, he was very enthusiastic! We were given breakfast for free, and it was amazing! We didn't go down until nearly ten o'clock, but the variety was still very rich. The rice noodles and noodles tasted better than the laohua we ate on the street! Three of us who stayed at this hotel said they would give it ten stars!

The location is good. It's close to most everything in Fuzhou. The service is hit and miss. We easily checked in and the desk staff were helpful. The concierge was also very helpful. We stayed two nights and didn't get a full room cleaning between nights which is not like a normal Hyatt. (the hotel wasn't crowded at all) The room also wasn't overly comfortable. There are very few outlets, the overhead rainshower was terrible, and the general room layout made it feel cramped. At night, the hallways were loud as well, likely because so many people were placed on the same floor. For the price, I don't think we will stay there again. I would assume there are other better options, likely cheaper.

The room facilities are a bit old, but the service is very good. When I checked in on the first day, I was given fruit and a handwritten letter. I also responded to questions in a timely manner after checking in. It is a hotel I will consider staying at again.

The gym is not owned by the hotel, there is not even water and towels, and I was discriminated against for asking the waiter for a disposable cup. I won’t mention all kinds of things, but the worst thing is: it’s the first time in my life that the sanitary aunt has left work and no one can clean the room. I've been on the button to clean the room all afternoon, and no one is paying attention to me. Called the front desk at five o'clock, and the front desk said it would be arranged immediately. As a result, I went back to the room after six o'clock and asked, and the front desk told me that the sanitation aunt had already left work and could not clean until tomorrow, ha ha. Really convinced. Then you will clean it tomorrow, can this part of the charge be deducted from the room rate? In the end, Ctrip customer service intervened and helped to adjust a clean room. Therefore, Ctrip customers like it, and the hotel service is quite poor.

Room: The facilities are relatively old, but the quality of living is OK, and the facilities can meet the requirements of this level. The sound insulation is slightly worse. I was woken up next door in the morning. The balcony cannot open the window. I don't accept this and it will be a bit stuffy. Breakfast: Breakfast is very rich and very good, eating Fuzhou fish balls and meat swallows, very good. Summary: Under the premise of the right price, it is worth recommending.

I would like to make a small suggestion. The power of the hair dryer in the room is low, there is no hair head, the power-on method (should be firmly grasped to start) is too constant, and the hair is easy to get caught in the hair if it is a little longer. It is recommended to replace it, even if it is a high-power ordinary hair dryer. also good. Everything else is great, and the price/performance ratio is high. I will come again.

This hygiene really has a saying that it can't reach the standard line! And there are a lot of hair in the bathroom that have not been cleaned up. I will say that such a large cockroach died behind the door and did not clean up.
