The breakfast was quite good. 3: Although a hotel is not big, it is very polite to us to enter and exit even the cleaning aunt. 4: I occasionally heard employee training when I was waiting in the lobby. Regarding the importance of customer data security awareness, why do I mention this so much because I had a very terrible experience in the last hotel, which is because I wrote bad reviews and carried out harassment and revenge. The hotel is conveniently located at a crossroad of main roads, next to a metro station. And, it is about a 10-minute walk to Sanfang Qixiang. There are many eateries nearby. Reception is polite and accommodating. They allocated a room that met my short-notice specific request. The room is clean with good furnishings; however, the walkway leading to the room needs better lighting. Had a pleasant stay.

It’s a good hotel and I could stay here again. Pros: Rooms are newly renovated and clean; housekeeping is done daily and they do a good job of replacing towels and disposable items and cleaning the bathroom; washer and dryer are always available for free with laundry detergent; free breakfast is available; <10 minutes walk to Shiyang Station. Cons: the hotel and rooms smell heavily of cigarette smoke which is very suffocating (which is why I have it only 4 stars for cleanliness); there is a pool hall on the 4th floor so interesting people walk in and out and make you feel unsafe and uncomfortable; the free breakfast is low quality; no refrigerator or microwave in the room.
