Location is excellent, right next to Exit B of Dongjiekiu tube station. Super convenient to walk around tourist spots and plenty choices of restaurant (both Chained store inside shopping mall and stand-alone on the street).
Family room faces residential buildings so very quiet.
All amenities are also good, just that the mattress is too soft for us.

Located only 2 minutes from metro station Chating (line 1), so very convenient to commute to train station (20 minutes) and old town (8 minutes). The room we stayed in looks smaller than the pictures described , the decor is quite nice, the bathroom is good, the shower is strong and the big plus it's got a automatic toilet. One issue was the duvet had dirty marks, anyway that was sorted straight away, the maid gave us 2 bottles water to compensate, unlike other hotels, the water is free or near the hallway to pick up yourself. There's a plenty of restaurants nearby but it's mainly Noodles restaurants and BBQ snacks restaurants, you need to go bit further on to find more restaurants, the staff was ok, but not very informative. Finally another good thing is got a washer room, which is on level 26. Overall it was a reasonable stay.

No drop off point in front of hotel so getting on and off a cab (especially with luggages) can be challenging when traffic is busy.
Loft is spacious and clean while A/C works well and shower has ample hot water. Note that bathrooms are enclosed with part frosted glass and part clear glass which might not be suitable for some traveller types.

What is good/great about this hotel: Location is near small but charming Chating Park (5 minutes walk), and it's convenient to take bus and metro (Chating metro is about 10 minutes walk with rolling suitcase). Many quick-eat places, Luckin Coffee, and mini-market shops near the hotel entrance. Hotel breakfast is fine, with various pastries, good coffee, juice, and congee, plus other Chinese breakfast staples. (NOTE: Some non-Chinese guests may not like the breakfast, as it is not ”Western style”.) Can easily take bus/metro south, across the river to the former foreign concession area, which is interesting and enjoyable. Or, take the bus/metro or walk northwest to see the White Pagoda, 3 Lanes 7 Allys, etc. Hotel has a great bathtub, great shower, excellent hot water and water pressure! Blackout curtains make the room super-dark for late-sleepers. The bedroom is in a separate small room, and has its' own aircon, separate from the rest of the hotel room, so it cooled down very quickly--great on hot, humid summer day in Fuzhou. My room was very, very clean, but it smelled a little of cigarette smoke when I first arrived--I had to open the window for fresh air. Although the front desk staff (I dealt with 3 different people) don't speak English, but they are super-helpful and patient, and will use translation app to communicate well.
What is not so good about this hotel: I booked a ”city view” room, but I got a 3rd floor room with a view of the street and a construction site across the street. No city view. :-( Met some other guests (Chinese) who said they had a very good view on the 8th floor. :-( Also, the entrance is confusing, as the hotel signs don't say Yunrui Hotel Fuzhou Three Lanes, Seven Alleys. However, the address is correct and is clearly marked by the door.
[Traffic Guide] The hotel is about 8 minutes drive from the hotel to Fuzhou Changle International Airport. From Changle East Station, it is estimated to be 14 minutes. You can taste Fuding pork slices, swallow, flat meat, etc. There is Yong'an Food Street next to it, which integrates cinema, shopping, leisure and entertainment, allowing you to enjoy yourself.[Surrounding attractions] Changle Haibeng Park is located in Zhanggang Town, Changle, adjacent to Fuzhou Changle International Airport. I’m a foreigner, from Canada. No affiliation to this hotel.
Location is perfect. Maybe 5km from the airport. I took Didi from the airport just after midnight, and it cost 20rmb. Not sure how long it took… maybe a little over 10 minutes. I guess 15 minutes would be the maximum time needed at any time of day. It could be faster.
Front desk service was very friendly, polite, and quick. The girl didn’t use English, but she used translation software. Very easy check-in. I only waited about 4 or 5 minutes for the guest in front of me, and the girl was going fast and apologized a couple times. Very nice service.
The room is great. It’s super clean, and everything looks new. It’s not a large room, but it’s totally fine for my layover to get several hours sleep before I go back to the airport in the morning. I’m in the basic room and paying about 250rmb. I’m very happy with this price for what I’m getting.
The bed is firm, but not too firm. I like it. I’ll sleep well I think. Honestly, I’m a bit surprised at how nice this is for the price. I doubt this location is great if people want to stay a few days and do sightseeing, but I’m not sure. I think for an airport layover this is fantastic. That’s why I wanted to write this review before I moved on and forgot about this.
I didn’t order the breakfast, so I can’t comment.
They also offer a free shuttle at 5am, 6am, 7am and 8am. I will probably use Didi because those times are a bit off for my 9:30am flight, but I think that service is great.
Great hotel, and so far, it’s very quiet at night. No noise. I will definitely choose this place again if I need a hotel close to Fuzhou airport for a layover.

If you have a late flight or an early flight, it is highly recommended. It is very close to the airport, the boss's pick-up and drop-off service is in place, the room hygiene conditions are also very good, and the price-performance ratio is very high. This is a B&B converted from an apartment building. If you have to pay attention to details, choose a star-rated hotel. After all, the cost of picking up an airport is higher than the room rate here.

BBee LuenLocation - Approximately 5 mins walk to 东街口地铁站店 and 東方百貨店 (which has 2 towers A and B and quite a number of F&B outlets. Particularly like the western set deal at Basement which was delicious and value for money). Hotel is also near to 三坊七巷 (about 10 mins walk) and F&B (we tried 老福州 for local food which was delicious and economical and dessert shop 赵记传承).The only down side (small point unless it was raining) is the private hire booked thru didi always stopped along the road rather than in front of the hotel which is a car park.
Breakfast - can be a bit boring after staying for more than 2 days. Food is basically the same but the hotel will change about 2 of the dishes. Mostly carbs like porridge, noodles, man tou, bread. There was salad, yogurt (watery type), fruits, veg, hard boiled eggs ... but the variety was limited. Can't complain as the cost of accommodation including breakfast was already at a very attractive price
Facilities - All the rooms and laundry are on 3rd floor. Our room was almost at the end and hence it was a long walk for us. Appreciate that the hotel provides washing machine and dryer for guests use without charge. No need to put in washing detergent as it was pre-set.
Cleanliness - It was good especially this is a new hotel opened in 2024. However, my friend noticed urine on the toilet seat on the first day after check in. We feedback to the hotel and it was cleaned when we returned at the end of the day. Not very frequent in replenishing toilet paper and toiletries but we can always call and ask for top up. We booked 3 pax to one room but we were given 2 sets of slippers and towels and had to remind the hotel almost everyday.
Service - Staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. excellent service
Overall, I will still strongly recommend this hotel.
DDabaoThe front desk of the hotel is very professional. Thank you very much for the free upgrade to the room. The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy, and fruits are given as a gift. The hotel has a free parking lot, which is suitable for self-driving travel. The breakfast is very rich, and it is convenient to eat around the hotel. Not far from various attractions, great reviews!
FFoucaultI enjoyed my stay at Atour greatly. There was a warm welcome from the moment
I arrived in the form of a welcome smile and a hot cup of tea. The little
wheeled-robots that walk around and call themselves 'xaio peng you'
are sweet. The thing that matter to me when staying in a hotel is the level
of peace and quiet that can be obtained. Levels of both of these were great
at this hotel primarily because of the build-quality of the building;
no over-hearing the person in the room next door at this hotel. Staff
are also non-intrusive and allow you to rest in their quest to keep the
hotel clean. I will be using this hotel again when in Fuzhou next. Thanks.
AAnh-BaoThe apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood.
The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for.
Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak.
Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help.
The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing.
Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.

RRedmounDisappointed by the hotel, ok with the hot springs
We spent a night there to enjoy the hot springs. It wasn't very clear in the beginning that the Huiya hotsprings were actually within the hotel's building. The only way to reach the facility is by taxi because even if there are buses (only one line 331) they come once in a while. It was difficult to get back to the city, we had to walk to the little town and wait bus and also keep calling a didi which eventually came...
The service at the reception wasn't as good as should be. They couldn't even find the reservation I made, just because it was a foreigner name. No English at all, which I can understand but even communicating in chinese wasn't that smooth.
The room was average, honestly we were expecting much better quality, the TV was old and small, no movies, nothing. There was mildew in on the wall.
We were expecting to go to the gym as the facility said was available on the description but no open gym, we couldn't even find it, the reception guys didn't even know where it was located.
We thought we could have free or discounted access to the hot springs (considered the price of one night!!) but just a slightly lower price.
The hotsprings were ok, honestly we were expecting a bit of variety of baths like with aromas or oils.. But no, just water and 2 different temperatures. Differences were in size and temperature. One bath was bigger with a stone bed to relax.
No free snacks or drinks (except water but no cups in every water dispenser), even if the service book in the room said there were available.
Every thing was to pay. No other meal included besides breakfast. We tried to have dinner, the menu was only in chinese and no many options available. So we had to go to the town to find food.
Breakfast was the best part, very rich and complete. The only really good thing we found there.
Overall relaxing days and night, but for thw price we paid we could have had a better service experience.
Also for the hotsprings, I visited better and cheaper ones elsewhere.
I wouldn't recommend it, I would stay to another nearby facility and come only for the hotsprings
WWeiweiSGFirst time in China and we couldn't have been happier with the hotel. Safe, comfortable and location was in between everything. Staff were friendly and happy to help in planning trips and advice. Thanks to Vicky and Chris for showing us Fujian hospitality!
Gym was spacious with a comfortable changing room, didn't use the pool but it looked good from the outside. Breakfast quality was decent but the Chinese food from the streets opposite was much better. Overall, highly recommended to stay here.
AAnonymous UserHotel receptionist very helpful to change room due to my son sensitive to smoke smell. Location is the best. Walking distance to many point of interest. Forgot to take photos inside the hotel. Will stay again if have chance.
AAnonymous UserIt would be better if it comes with disposable slippers, the environment is good, and it is convenient to eat. It would be even more perfect if the mineral water comes with a brand name (Ibao, Baisuishan).
GGuest UserThe hotel is about a 10-minute drive from the airport. When you leave the hotel and cross the road, you will find the beach. Takeaways can be delivered to the door of your room! It's very suitable for a short layover. The lady at the hotel was super nice. When I checked out and went to the beach, she helped me find slippers. I had a flight at 8pm. When I dropped off the plane, I was sorry to hear that I didn't see Youshen. I walked around with it. I'm going to see Youshen!
