3H Hotel Rodadero Santa Marta

El ambiente del hotel es tranquilo y adecuado para viajeros que valoran la accesibilidad y la comodidad. El personal fue amable y dispuesto a ayudar, lo cual contribuyó positivamente a mi experiencia. Aunque las instalaciones son sencillas, cumplen con las necesidades básicas de los huéspedes. La relación calidad-precio es razonable, especialmente considerando la ubicación privilegiada cerca de atracciones turísticas, restaurantes y tiendas. A pesar de las bondades descritas, las habitaciones carecen de closet y nevera, que son fundamentales para una ciudad como santa marta.

Fui con mi esposo del 29 de mayo al 2 de junio. La ubicación muy buena, está cerca a todo y a pesar de esto no se escucha ruido en las noches y se puede descansar. Resaltamos las instalaciones que son bonitas y están bien cuidadosas, la zona de la piscina muy bonita, las señoras del restaurante muy queridas, el desayuno es muy normal sin ser malo. Las habitaciones son amplias, pero les hace falta varios detalles el principal mejorar el aire acondicionado, para refrescarnos teníamos que bajar al lobby. Hace falta una nevera, teléfono, pero sobretodo el closet, tuvimos que poner una toalla en el espacio para este, para poder colocar la ropa. Aunque el hotel tenía muy poca ocupación pedimos nos ubicaran en habitacion con balcón y no fue posible, esto, a mi parecer, es poca estrategia de venta. Un cliente satisfecho llama más clientes. En la recepción hubo una niña, no recordamos el nombre, que fue muy diligente siempre, de resto creemos que hace falta más amabilidad del personal.

Zero recommended! They are missing a lot, a lot! To be a hotel that charges close to $70 USD per night, it is not worth it, nor is the hotel worth the bad times they put you through.

Terrible hotel. It's a deception. It is not a 4 star hotel. The rooms have no refrigerator, no mini bar, no Wi-Fi, no cable (you can see only one national channel, RCN), they don't even have blankets. They also don't have a chair inside the room. We asked for one and what they did was bring one from the breakfast room. The lousy breakfast: only egg arepa, empanadas and scrambled egg; Served all cold because they don't even prepare it there. Everything is made to order and not even a samovar to keep the food warm. They don't even offer cheese and ham to put on bread. There is no telephone to contact reception. It's really very bad. It's not a 4-star hotel. Don't be fooled!!! They offer rooms with sea view but that is also not true. You can see a little piece between two buildings.

It had never happened to me that I had to change hotels because of so much displeasure. I hate how a hotel works, but I don't want it to happen to another guest. I am a traveler who adapts to accommodation as long as it is what it has offered. The hotel excuses itself by saying that it is a new hotel but it has too many flaws and shortcomings. IT CANNOT BE CALLED A 4 STAR HOTEL. LUCKY IT HAS 2. It shouldn't have started working if it didn't have the minimum things of a 4 star hotel. We paid more for a room with a sea view. Which is a joke, because you only see buildings and only a tiny piece of sea. It claims to be on the beachfront and is 400 meters from it. IT DOES NOT HAVE HOT WATER There is no telephone to communicate with reception There are no lamps on the nightstands There are no indications or escape routes The stained walls There is no minibar They do not leave a bottle of water A closet that is an iron with four hangers so you have to leave your things scattered everywhere A single chair, so if you are accompanied you have to sit on the floor A lot of noise both outside and in the hallway, and it is not airtight so you hear what people are talking all the time A card (key ) on the handwritten door Super basic breakfast. If you arrive at 8 or 9 am you get leftovers. There is no trash can in the room There is no hairdryer The WiFi does not reach it is only in common areas They offer you a flat TV in the room but what's the point if it has 2 channels and there is no WiFi signal in the room and if you are a foreigner and have not bought data is of no use to you, you have to listen to how the people in the hallways and outside talk and shout. At breakfast you see many little birds waiting to eat the leftovers and the glass and tables have a lot of poop on them, so if you don't Nothing is perfect for you but if you are a little fussy like me it is hard to eat with that "landscape" The pool was under maintenance WE RENTED 2 NIGHTS AND I ONLY SPENT ONE NIGHT I ASKED FOR MY REFUND AND THEY ONLY RETURNED TO ME HALF OF THE NIGHT THAT I HAD REMAINING. Many of the comments on ********** say that their experience at this hotel was excellent but I think they must be whitewashed. You have to complain when there are so many points that don't satisfy you. Don't let them be fooled, and let the hotel fix everything it owes.

Excellent hotel, the attention of the staff, the facilities and the food stand out. It is worth it every time you come to Santa Marta. Congratulations for the concept so well created in a city with so much hotel competition, here every peso paid is well invested. 👍🏻

The hotel disappoints, it doesn't even have a closet. The breakfast is poor, only a piece of fruit on a plate for everyone who arrives, it is horrible, it is not a buffet. Some reception workers are not at all friendly.
