Had a very pleasant stay. Rooms were clean. The managers were also very friendly ***** with the support staff. The restaurant also has good food. Overall a great and safe stay at a reasonable price. Will definitely recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay. We stayed at the lemongrass hotel for four days. They upgraded our room from deluxe to super deluxe as a goodwill gesture for make my trip customers. The service and amenities provided by the hotel were fantastic. Mr. Nikunj bhai patel, reception manager, was very professional and friendly. He deserves a special mention.

Hotel at prime location, delicious food in restaurant, amenities & service is very good but checkout time mr. Kushagra behaviour is not good.

Excellent restaurant. Clean rooms. Good restaurant. Special mention to manager mr. Nikunj patel who helped with early check-in and late check-out as per our special request. Visited here second time only because of excellent service offered the first time.

Stayed for 3 nights, 4 mornings. Booked stay with complementary breakfast which is not recommended (lack of options, ordering a la carte is a cheaper option. If late checkout, speak with manager in advance. Good location, hygienic room, ample space in room.
