Older hotel, very charming. It is also very close to the main train station, about 10 minutes walk. Breakfast is average. Far from the commercial street.

Großes, gemütliches Zimmer inkl. Schlafcouch, Blick auf Garten und Berge, Frühstück reichhaltig, nachmittags Kaffee und Kuchen, nettes Personal. Kleiner, feiner Indoor Pool und Garten. Kein Hipster-Place, aber solide 4 Sterne als super Basis für Erkundung von Garmisch und der Berge drumherum.

Gutes Hotel, tolle Lage in Hbf-Nähe. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber nicht störend. Die teilweise krasse Kritik ist nicht nachzuvollziehen. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber zweckmäßig und absolut ausreichend. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, kostenloser Kaffee bis 17 Uhr und ein kleines, aber ausreichendes Abendessen in Form eines Jausenbretts. Verständigung mit Service-Personal auf Englisch kein Problem. Toller Wellness-Bereich mit Pool, Sauna und Fitness. Gutes, solides Hotel.

Has history to the building but enjoyed the ambience and staff was responsive to any requests. Would absolutely stay there again on my next visit.
