Im September 2023 waren wir zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Es sind nun mehr als neun Zimmer, denn sie haben kräftig gebaut. Inzwischen gibt es auch ein Pool und ein kleiner Paar. Als wir ankamen war das Bett noch nicht gemacht und auch das Bad war nicht richtig gereinigt. Die Dame an der Rezeption hatte für alles zu sorgen und war massiv überfordert. Einzig das Essen war sehr gut. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jedoch nicht mehr aufsuchen weil die Qualität dermassen nachgelassen hat.

Loved the hotel, the location is AMAZING and the design is second to none, it was my second time there and the extra rooms and the pool construction are now finished. What I found utterly disappointing was the fact that the hotel, the facilities and the restaurant for lunch and dinner are closed most of the week. I arrived to learn that nothing was open on a Monday. I would have expected a call or an email from the Reception desk, outlining this and offering me a reservation or having a food hamper prepared in my room (for a charge of course). My room was nice, and maintenance was okay, but the AC was leaking and made so much noise that I could not sleep all night, Overall, I feel that Jaglhof lacks hospitality experience and a guest-centric process, For example, whilst the hotel facilities where closed one would think the gardener would take care of the greens on those days, but no of course not. This was done once guests arrived. It's the little things that make the experience. Service and Food on the other hand consistently good .. and the wine is very always nice.

In Folge des Saisonendes sowie der Witterung mit Nebel und Niederschlägen waren wir die einzigen Gäste.
Trotzdem wurden wir mit allen Annehmlichkeiten gehostet!
