The hotel is around a 15 minute drive from the airport. The views from the room were very pretty. The room was large, with a bath. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is on the landing path to the airport, so some aircraft noise can be heard. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't send check-in information. We arrived late on a very rainy night. We couldn't see any signs to the underground parking. We called and they explained that we need to take a ticket from the machine and park in the shopping center -4. There we didn't notice that there are two elevators - one that leads outside to the outdoor entrance (no roof...), and the other that leads directly into the hotel. They could have saved some aggravation by simply sending in advance how to reach the hotel. The staff were very nice.

The room was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed. We booked a couples massage which due to unforeseen absence of one of the masseurs was not possible but the staff did their best to make up for it and handled it in the best way possible, also upgraded our room. The single massage itself was average and the wellness area much smaller and less equipped as expected but i guess it’s still the best possible for such a small place. The area itself is very quiet, perfect for walking or cycling in the silence. The view from the room was unfortunately quite dull due to the renovation of the pool. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant is great. Overall, we were happy with our stay despite the circumstances, the staff is doing their best.

Fantastic new hotel - this hidden gem is so close to the airport and offers space age design. The rooms are super and the staff extremely friendly. Great restaurant with delicious food and so reasonably priced! By far the best hotel option in the area. They are also opening a conference centre for meetings and events! Great views of the lake and mountains. Also close to summer mountain biking and hiking spots! Well done to the managers at Yotel for this great hotel!

Some of the staff are friendly, especially those from the Reception. The hotel is strategically located opposite Annemasse Main Train Station. You can easily purchase the ticket and travel to Geneva too. Latitude 46 serves good food (it is the hotel's only restaurant) There are several bus station nearby, where you can hoop on / off the bus easily (eg : Tango) Opposite the hotel is the Tourism Board of Annemasse. There is a mini bar and conference rooms at Level 8 of the hotel. if you wish to stay in this hotel, it is better to be able to communicate in French, else it is very hard to talk to the staff However the room is very small there is no cupboard to hang clothes. If you are staying in standard room, no bedroom sleepers will be provided. According to reception, Sleepers are only for those in Executive Rooms. The carpet in the room is not clean, and I noticed that cleaners entered the room with their boots / shoes, and that could be the reason why the carpet is always dusty and dirty. Another thing to note is the bedsheet is not clean. The mini bar at Level 8 closes at around 10pm, which is too early. The waitresses will ask you to leave by around 10pm. she spoke in French and none of us could understand. Most staff cannot communicate in English. The place may not be safe especially at nights, you can hear people fighting at the back street , from your hotel room . One of the evenings (16 Apr) , we reached the Latitude 46 at around 9.37pm, and were trying to place our orders, a young waiter told us that the kitchen have closed. However, as per the reception, the last call to the kitchen was always at 10pm. We were left with no food, as most of the cafes nearby have already closed, ended up we had to buy burgers from McDonalds. The young waiter (male) was very rude and could not speak English efficiently. In my opinion, this hotel is more suitable only for short stay One plus point is, it is located very near to the town's main train station. That's it.

I was traveling from my country to where I live now and I needed a place to stay with my parents and my doggy in the middle of the route. This was perfect as quality-price was good, quite room, toilet in the room and very nice staff at the reception. There was no terrace outside though, unlike other hotels from this chain.

The hotel is clean, well located, friendly staff. The room is not spacious but sufficient for 1 or 2 people who only pass the night. The bathroom is well equipped. The breakfast is a perfect continental buffet and represents this kind of hotel. Two bemols: - it would be really important to offer cut bread. It is not quite assertive that every client takes the bread to cut it. This shocks even more in the health context but independently of the virus of the moment it is not hygienic. - une réception ouverte 24/24 serait plus rassurante qu'un système de carte magnétique pour débloquer tous les accès (porte d'entrée, accès à l'ascenseur ou escalier) sans possibilité de faire appel à quelqu'un si défaillance (j'ai posé la question). Les tarifs sont néanmoins élevés, il faudrait ​​engager du personnel et ne pas penser uniquement au profit des actionnaires.

Everything was perfect, from the impeccable service to the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were extremely welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. The facilities were modern and well maintained, and the complimentary breakfast was varied and delicious. The location of the hotel is ideal, close to the main tourist attractions. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return there during my next stay.

Spent one night here to be central downtown before our flight home the next morning. Maybe five blocks from the lake three blocks from the train station, you're not in the most upscale neighborhood but it's convenient and safe. Lots of local restaurants within a few steps of the hotel and parking is available on site. All rooms are around 235 sq fr/ 22 sq meters, and we didn't hear any noise from our room facing the street. Bed was comfy and the shower had great pressure Young lady staffing the receptionist desk when we arrived around 7 PM was friendly and offered any assistance we could ask., And in the morning we were at the airport in less than 10 minutes. This is a great price conscious option centrally located in an expensive city.

My son and i stayed here for the Geneva marathon. Our flight got in early but the reception staff were very happy to store our luggage until check-in time. Hotel is very well placed, trams go pass, the train station (8 mins to the airport) is a 5 minute walk and 10 mins to the lake. We had a room at the back, yes the train line!, however we discovered that closing the substantial curtains reduced the unseasonal heat, and closing the window meant a good nights sleep. The double glazing is substantial! Best pillows and mattress ever, followed by a really good and varied breakfast (including hot rice for the runners). All of the staff were very helpful and cheerful. A delightful, convenient hotel and highly recommended. You will get a Geneva Travel Pass too!

It's a little far from the old town, but since you can get a free pass from the city's tourism bureau, you can come and go as you like on the tram, so it doesn't feel like an inconvenience. The staff was very helpful in helping us get our free passes. The staff were very kind.
