Excellent location, right opposite to Geneva station. Allow early checkin, very nice services from staff. Room is clean and new. Great washroom setup and accessories. Suitable for business travellers too, will definitely book again next time.

Excellent location. Directly opposite the train station. Room were a tad smaller than expected but felt very clean and tidy. Toilet/Showers worked well and were new. Complimentary beer was a plus. Overall, a neat hotel.that felt new.

Location is awesome! It is just located opposite the main train station. It also comes with a free transport card to be used in Geneva. Therefore you can save a bit on Swiss Pass if you plans to stay a few days there!

Amazing hotel

Located right next to the heart of Cornavin train/tram/bus station! Doesn’t get any easier to transport yourself around with public transport. They also do give out the free Geneva tourist cards for unlimited free transport via trains buses & trams in the region. Hotel room was newly renovated, heating during the winter season isn’t super fantastic but suffices! For the price & the location, highly recommended! If traveling by car, park at the cornavin train station, they’ll give you a 40% discount card to offset parking!

The location is very good, just opposite the train station. The rooms are nice and the staff are friendly. I need a one-day transportation pass, although I like to stop and go. There is a tunnel next to the hotel that leads to the train station. Of course, you can also cross the road to get there. There is a supermarket at the train station and there are many restaurants nearby.

The hotel is very convenient for travel. I sent an email in advance for the free transportation code on the day of check-in. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, and provided free luggage storage. The hotel is clean and hygienic.

My parents were traveling before me, and we chose this hotel because it was close to the train station and easy to find. We booked a deluxe double room for two nights. I met up with my parents at the hotel on the day of check-out. I didn't find any problems at first, but then I passed by an empty room with the door open next to it and it looked very similar to the one shown in the booking picture, so I re-checked the square description of the booking city and the actual room type, and found a huge gap. The actual room type was a very small corner room (see pictures and videos for comparison), so I contacted Ctrip customer service. After looking at the pictures I sent and the problems I described, the customer service also said there was a huge gap, but they needed to contact their agent to handle the problem (yes, first of all, they are not direct bookings but middlemen, and secondly, they have to wait for the agent to solve the problem instead of the platform solving it for me first). The final reply I received was that the agent said that I had checked in for two nights and had not raised any concerns, so no compensation could be given, and suggested that I could change the room if I raised questions about the room type during check-in. When parents are away from home, many things they don't know are handled by their children. It's my fault that I don't fully understand some details, but the hotel shouldn't bully us like this on the premise of trusting our high quality. If we can change rooms if we raise questions, why don't we give a good room that matches the booking picture at the beginning? I won't say much about the hotel's purpose, it's just pure bullying; secondly, Ctrip, as a second-hand middleman, changed its words and said that the agent's feedback on the room was the same as what I booked, but the room type was different, and it couldn't provide a reasonable compensation mechanism. The platform played a little role and was irresponsible.
