Best location if you are willing to catch an early train at Geneva Airport, clean bed and toilet facilities to let you relax and recover quickly if you are taking a long trip.

Located right next to the heart of Cornavin train/tram/bus station! Doesn’t get any easier to transport yourself around with public transport. They also do give out the free Geneva tourist cards for unlimited free transport via trains buses & trams in the region. Hotel room was newly renovated, heating during the winter season isn’t super fantastic but suffices! For the price & the location, highly recommended! If traveling by car, park at the cornavin train station, they’ll give you a 40% discount card to offset parking!

The hotel is a very professional and a great week of empathy. My room at the eighth floor an impressive view of Geneva the water jet the Alps of pure happiness Cerise on the cake the rich and varied breakfast Swiss and high quality products and Bio I will quote Maylick and Noémie to the small care. I'm a custom of this hotel and I'll return to my next stay in Geneva. I recommend it very strongly.

Structure located about seven minutes by taxi from the airport and outside the center however easily reachable with trams 14 and 18 taking both 50 metres from the hotel and with only 15 minutes bring you to the full Bel Air stop center from where you can It is already at the foot of the historic centre and the lake, and the structure is renovated by restructuring, but I think it is very disorganized and certainly needs to be improved in many respects. The rooms are more than comfortable with king size double bed, unfortunately not in Italian but with sack-size peelings. A comfortable bathroom with a large shower where bidet is obviously absent, a large bathroom with a 4-star big shiabat is missing and there are no drinks in the refrigerator except a bottle of water that can be found on the table at the arrival. Unfortunately, they left to wish cleaning and worse the second day they had not even made the room to clean it (in 10 minutes!!!) on ns request around 18.00 and I leave room for imagination on the level of cleaning made. Breakfast is both sweet and saloon-acceptable and with a variety of proposals. We found a boy who was also speaking Italian very propens to give information, friendly and also available in the breakfast room. Check In and Check Out too slow and yet with few people waiting for this due to the presence of one operator, a situation that we also noticed in the tours of the so-called stay. This hotel takes distance with normal french brands. It looks like more European hotels with all services that they announced. The room is adequate for a comfortable host. The amenities and towers were enough for each guest. The breakfast was plenty and quality. The staff was friendly and professional.

The hotel was a little difficult because of the problems in the rooms, but the hotel quickly did what was necessary to make the stay more comfortable by changing our rooms.

The view outside the hotel window is very beautiful. You can watch the sunset and sunrise of Lake Geneva while lying down. The transportation is very convenient. The train station is a few dozen meters behind the hotel. You can take the train to the central train station of Geneva or to Geneva Airport. You need to bring some cash. The machine is broken on the return trip and will not accept cards. Only cash is accepted. There is a super large supermarket downstairs of the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping. Be sure to book a room with large glass floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides. The view is so healing!

I was travelling for business but my husband and I stayed for a few extra days in Geneva. The Ibis was booked by the University and I was delighted to have all the amenities I needed. The hotel was clean, the food good, and the service superior. I want to especially thank Noemi, who welcomed us at reception and made our stay seamless. She went the extra mile helping us with trams, and seeing the highlights of Geneva. I travel a great deal and it makes a difference to have someone like Noemi be warm and efficient. I would stay at an Ibis again!

Das Hotel zieht sicher viele Besucher an, die den hohen Zimmerpreisen in Genf entgehen wollen. Anders als auf den Buchungsportalen präsentiert, sind die Zimmer doch ziemlich klein. Ich musste mich jedesmal mit Mühe zwischen Bett und Fernseher hindurchquetschen. Das Personal ist freundlich, man sieht nur selten welches, die Rezeption ist meistens unbesetzt und wird vom benachbarten Restaurant mit bedient. Es gibt einen großen gemeinsamen Parkplatz. Die Umgebung ist sehr industriell. Das Highlight ist das asiatische Restaurant, welches abends viele Gäste anzieht. Wer nur übernachten will, ist im Woods Hôtel gut aufgehoben; in langer Erinnerung wird es wahrscheinlich nicht bleiben.
