When I was in Surabaya a few weeks ago, I tried to stay here because I saw their rooms separate between the women and the male rooms. They provide a single capsule with shared room or a double capsule with private room. There are 8 capsules and 3 small rooms. They are quite unique because they are each different from each other. One contains a shower, one a wc, and one contains a shower, a wc and a sink. Less? Obviously. But they also provide toilets outside the room on every floor. This hotel is perfect for short stays in Surabaya because at about 150 grand you can get a comfortable capsule, private TV in the capsule, easy access to the city center, free wifi, and you will also get breakfast and mineral water facilities. free for every guest. A little note that can be input during my stay here: 1. No phone in the room. So if you need anything, you have to go down to the reception or call the number that is already listed in the capsule. 2. There is no place to hang towels outside the capsule. It is not possible to hang a towel inside the capsule because the capsule itself is small and closed. And finally during the night here I was forced to hang a towel in the bathroom and it caused a bad smell in the morning.

- the hotel is in the city center - near plaza surabaya - not very big hotel but modern aesthetic - the lobby is spacious, lots of sofas and tables, there is a cafe - the hallways are clean and the carpets are thick - the room is not very spacious but aesthetic - there is a big smart tv - there is a relaxing sofa - the bed is soft, lots of pillows, thick blankets - great view - the windows are big - standard tea, coffee, sugar and creamer - there is an electric kettle - there is a blend of Surabaya city and prayer times - the bathroom and toilet are a bit cramped - there is a sink and many and thick towels - complete amenities - there is a bath robe, a pair of sandals, a safety box, but no iron - the wardrobe is big and lots of drawers - the gym is a bit small - indoor pool is not very big but aesthetic - the restaurant is spacious, the food is plentiful and delicious

Nestled in an enviable location, this hotel has rightfully earned its popularity among locals. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a team of amiable staff who extended a warm welcome. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, and we highly recommend trying the in-house nasi goreng. The spacious rooms, while lacking in some amenities, were otherwise comfortable. However, we did notice a slight odor of dampness and dust that was slightly unpleasant. One minor quibble we had was with the lighting - the dimming lights were not strong enough to provide sufficient illumination, especially after sunset. Additionally, we were disappointed to find only one pair of slippers provided in the room despite booking for two guests in each of our two rooms. Was this a cost-cutting measure? Our biggest issue arose when we arranged for the hotel's car service to take us to the airport upon departure. The driver first dropped off our parents at the domestic terminal, but it wasn't until later that he informed us of an additional charge to take us to the international terminal - despite the short distance between them. We had already paid a premium for the hotel's chartered car service, and it was disappointing that the driver did not disclose this additional charge upfront. While we understand the importance of profit margins, we believe it's essential to prioritize transparency and honesty with guests. Overall, this hotel was a decent choice for the price we paid. Despite the minor drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

Affordable, modern and clean. Shopping mall is literally next door and selection of eateries are available in the surrounding. The building looks new and therefore modern and clean, however the room lacked soundproofing, you can hear any noise from the corridor and the surrounding rooms. Lobby is on the second floor, was confused when we reached. Parking is very limited, we were fortunate that we got spot to park, my guess you won't be so lucky during weekend or busy days. Staffs are nice and helpful. Very near to the train station which is one of the primary reason we chose to give this hotel a try.

Good and satisfied stay. What can I say more are impressive lobby greeting the guests on entry, efficient and fast check-in and check-out even the manager loyalty came to approach me ask how my stay experience (thank you Mr. Ismael), nice executive lounge with superb staff service (thanks to Mr. Bagus, if I remember his name), in room the noise insulation from outside very effective, comfy bed and pillows, good hotel design, the room and the facilities. Highly recommended as the best value for money hotel. Located in the center of downtown Surabaya. Very old building but sincerely well maintained and clean and functional. Lobby, spacious room. Room window is large and room is bright. No sewer smell, sewer water drainage is smooth. There is a swimming pool. TV channels are a bit limited. The most impressive thing is that it is clean ==＞ The curtains in the room and bathroom were washed and hung very clean. Bed covers and pillow covers are also fragrant. Conclusion == ＞ Approximately $23, in the center of Surabaya city, although it looks old and old. A place where you can use a clean and spacious room with all my functions.

Stayed here because there was a wedding event near the hotel, so just walk, the place is clean, the service is good... in front of the hotel there is someone selling duck rice for 19k, pretty good. for help when you are hungry at night👍the view is city view. It's really fun to stay here 🫰
