Thanks for the owner i got upgraded to Whyndam Ion Majestic. So lucky the reception said im the choosen one. The hotel really new and pretty. Service of the hoteliers really great. The breakfast really really nice with lot of varieties. The hotel room so nice have some small pantry. Really enjoy and will go back here again for sure

Air con need to service regularly, at least clean the air filter regularly. Anyway view was amazing and I enjoy the stay very much.

.Overall, it was okay... The room was quite comfortable with a spacious living area. However, the check-in process was a bit disorganized, the parking was quite far, and the food quality (braekfast) was quite tasteless.

I stayed at a room in Tower 4, and the signage was quite confusing, making it hard to find the way. The room itself was as nice as the pictures showed, very clean and comfortable. They provided an ironing board, but there was no iron, and unfortunately, the phone to contact room service didn’t work as there was no line.

My hotel was upgrade to wyndham hotel. The staff were friendly, and especially the room was clean, spacious and had a nice morning view

arrived for checkin but room not ready at 1130pm. reception staff just dont care and super rude.rooms dirty and no towels given.

Very Dirty！！！！Don't choose this hotel if you wanna have a happy trip in Genting Highland！

We booked a club suite (2 bedrooms) which is affordable compared to other hotels like Sky World, Genting Hotel, First World Hotel, etc. and the location is great, you can take Grab or taxi or shuttle to Genting Theme Park or other places, but Grab is the cheapest. The room was generally ok but not very well maintained, the bathroom had a bad smell and the bathroom window did not close completely, causing us to shower in the cold. The bed was ok, the TV sofa was uncomfortable, the WiFi was slow, there was a kitchen but you couldn't cook, there was no stove and no kitchenware provided.

BECOME MORE WORSE & WORSE MANAGEMENT. Didn’t even keep their quality management. I book for my unit, but when I come to check in, my unit not available. Staff not responsible as well. And even they not admit their fault? They blame that i booked the wrong unit? And when i teach them, they keep quiet. Just like that? The staff so funny. NOT RESPONSIBLE AT ALL. My unit not available, then they want to give other unit but I need to top up some more money?? Is that you treat your guest? Once i enter the unit given, NO FRIDGE. NO REMOTE TV????? And after they give the tv remote, THE TV NO SIGNAL! OH MY GOD. Towel DIRTY. Blanket DIRTY.

We stayed at tower 7 this time. The experience was not good as last time. The car park lift to access tower 7 is very dirty, every time if you want to drive out you need to validate your tng at tower 2 lobby. To access tower 2, you need cross the bridge and take the forever waiting lift up and down. So much hassle, especially during check in/check out.

Surprisingly the unit is nice and comfortable to stay. Stay at Magtree at Tower 3. There is several food stores and MyNews too. stayed here to attend Siti concert at Arena of stars. would recommend others to just book taxi(can ask recept) or Grab from hotel to arena of stars. No need to think for parking later at the destination.
