You also showed me the room type you booked, and it was indeed a double bed room with cloud view. Let me give you a separate room. We arranged the room on the highest floor. We have two people checking it every day. There will never be any problems like the gray windows and broken windows you mentioned. There are buttons on the windows. You didn't see clearly. They were there throughout the day. You may have fainted because you had high reflexes. We have an oxygen concentrator in the room. Maybe you didn’t see that our hotel is quite big in Xinduqiao. It’s ugly outside because the country is vigorously developing Xinduqiao to build expressways and train tracks. You should come back. I saw it on the road. There are cables in many places. Because the National Day holiday is approaching, I believe that no hotel around Xinduqiao will make such a low-level mistake. Moreover, the hygiene of a hotel is the most basic. I also explained to you that there is no room in the room. The landline then asked you to add WeChat at the front desk. If you have any questions, I also told you that you can contact us as soon as possible and we will definitely solve it for you. But you also ignored us about the service and other problems you mentioned. Maybe it was because you were concerned about it at that time. The oxygen concentrator is indeed a bit noisy because of the sound of the machine. It is currently the quietest oxygen concentrator available on the market. We have also purchased other oxygen concentrators, but they are not as effective as this one. The breakfast is a nine-square grid and one portion per person is not enough.
