Excellent stay, comfy and clean spacious room. The service is also great and staff are all courteous and always smiling. Would love to return again soon.

This was so far the best hotel. We stayed at B block. Our room was like a 2-bedroom apartment with a great mountain view, a small kitchen with a washing machine, a small living room with a couch and a TV, and 2 bathrooms. The hotel staff was nice. By Grab taxi app, it costs us 20 RM to go to Genting Highlands Sky Avenue indoor theme park.

Nice stay at the hotel. The service was very good. The heater in our room was not working and Mr Sojib from the Housekeeping had helped us to change to another room at midnight. He's very efficient and helpful.

Overall, it was a good stay. Lobby was splendid, staff are generally ok. Room is big and spacious but toilet only has rain shower and bidet needs to be turned on and off, no regulator. It's a bit hard bathing and washing young kids. Pool has heater and overall pretty but it's very tedious getting to the pool without going via lobby. The "bridge" is a maze that has to go through the residential side, up a dodgy and eery flight of stairs before finding the transit lift lobby. Corridors are also ugly, in comparison to the pretty public areas. It looks like a typical public housing corridor. There were a few restaurants and mini mart around 5-10 min walk from the property but most only accepts cash. Very minimal grab food delivery options if you dont want to walk out.

Such a beaute. Great service. Pool is the main highlight. Breakfast sedap. In room dining sedap and affordable.

After a long day in Genting Highlands, we checked in around 9pm. It was around 6 minutes to drive from GPO to Swiss Garden. The checkin process was really smooth. If you need to purchase an add on breakfast, please do so when you check in. Unfortunately, paying at the cafe the next morning caused us extra MYR14 for a child. It’s supposed to be MYR29. We paid for MYR43 🥲 Overall, it’s a pleasant experience. Our room was really good. Spacious and clean. The breakfast spread was good and satisfying. We will surely come again for another visit!

1) long queue when check in at around 5pm, still informed room not ready. Ask to wait for another 1-2hrs. After complained, told us to wait for 30mins. (If no complain? Just have to wait for 1-2hrs?) 2) wrong information from one of the front desk staff , she told us that we can use their facilities first even not complete check in.(since we need to wait for the room) But actually cannot go thru the facilities floor without access card. 3) the building signboard is complicated, hard to understand. Information board show L41 is sky desk, but when follow the guide arrow to the lift, the lift only can access to L40, and no sign board show should reach L40 first, and then use another lift to L41-42. 4) breakfast: coffee watery tasteless. And only few choice of food. 5) swimming pool is too pack during holiday. And the water looks not clear. 6) sky deck under maintenance. 7) security guard never guide unpaid car park fees guess to reverse their car to one side, all unpaid vehicle blocked at the exit area. Hotel guess need to call to front desk to verify car number plate before drive out. 8) give two access card. one can use to scan for lift and room, another card only can scan for room. Pros: *sound proof is good in room, but living room can listen sound from corridor. *everything still new. Room is clean, and good enough for family group. Hope can improve in the future.

Check in was a bit slow but it’s probably because it was peak season. However, the staff were all friendly and helpful. Room service was good, we ordered oxtail soup and lamb curry and the portion was huge. The hotel is located in Genting Permai so it’s not cold. The pool were not very deep and was packed when we went, getting to the pool was very confusing. Overall I love the view from my room. I’d recommend this hotel but try not to come on public/school holidays

Amazing big spacious rooms. However towels are a little stinky, and it lacks amenities like hairdryer. The big frown part is the lift. It’s extremely difficult to get on the lifts. Even though there are 6 of them. Getting up and down was a hassle. Also on Grab, it kept locating you in the condo pick up instead of hotel . But other than that, the lobby staffs were very clear and polite and extremely hospitable . Check ins are also strictly after 3pm, and the check in queue can get a little long.

Pros : staff were friendly and helpfull, good dinner and breakfast buffet Cons : check in que was tooo longgg (should open up more check in counters during peak hours)

The check in process was smooth. Ample parking was provided even though it was during school holidays. The security guards communicated well as to where we could park. Hotel was above average, as it really was a studio apartment in essence. Value for money.

Strategic location, surrounded by walking distance cafes & eateries, free parking. Surely will repeat for another Genting Highlands trip!

Good place for family trip. Good environment. Will come again.
