The location is good. The service was excellent. The cleanliness was okay. The most perfect is the view, Superb!! Really enjoy my stay here ❤️

Nice location,good view,good breakfast,room size good,have washing machine and refrigerator, can cook , weather can feel cool at night Room don have fan only air conditioner, living room have fan but no air conditioner House Water pressure very low,shower and wash hand so difficult Room smell bad maybe wet weather,tower no clean,bed a bit small is not king size Overall is good to stay if you come for 1 night

The only thing i would like to complaint is about their service. Please note i have been here before a couple of times. When i booked the same room as before, this time I have received a different room. I had to go all the way down to the lobby to solve this. I argued with a staff because i knew the room type as i have stayed before. The staff repeatedly said "sorry maam, we are fully booked." Classic reply from a receptionist. Then, a staff name Umi came and settle my issue in less than a minute. She looked backed into the records to find my last stay details. She then proceeded to give me the key card. Whats so difficult? Why are they trying to scam us by giving a smaller room? The next issue is regarding breakfast meal. Since i have booked without a breakfast, i then proceed at the counter to purchase breakfast. The staff told me to go up on level 5 to straight purchase at the restaurant. I went and i found they have increased the price and push the price for RM20 extra. I inquired and asked why is it so pricey than before. The staff told me about some quota system and he told me to go to lobby if i wanted cheaper. I was confused why would they sell a different price for in house guest for the same breakfast meal. I went down again n argued n they told me the same thing, after i showed the previous price and they agreed for me to pay the right amount. Imagine the hassle i have to go through because of their poor service. P/s: thanks to Ms Umi for dealing with the issue in less than a minute.

Check in n check out was smooth.Very friendly staff at front desk.Convenient carpark.No rush to take the lift may be not many guest this time.Had great time at the pool.Breakfast was good.Room was clean.Nice view of Genting Highlands.

Hotel is excellent. Pool facilities on the rooftop are great. Free shuttle services to and from awana skyway cable car are available, but grab is also reasonably cheap.

I love the place. Easy access to find food stall and drug store. During our stay the weather was so so good. Very breezy and windy. They have heated pool and functional sauna which is very nice. Would love to come again.

The location of the hotel is strategic as it was so easy to find variety of food/convenient stores in such short distances. The elevators were fast even though there are 35 floors so we didn’t have to wait so long to enter to them.

The room was fair clean, but it does have some mold smell when we checked in the room. the toilet is fair clean, it would be better to have a hair dryer. Location is perfect, 5min drive to Gohtong Jaya, and have a lot of grocery shops nearby

Room is spacious and clean. A lot of eateries nearby. Very convenient.

First, the last Hotel was Wind Mill and now is bought over Swiss Garden, The blind located at kitchen was too thin until outside corridor can see thru, no privacy in the family hall. No proper signage for check-in / restaurant or to Parking. Swimming Pool closed on certain hour / day for cleaning, (No info until you go to swimming pool level) my kids no chance to swim at all due to timing and rain during our stay. The family hall couch is dirty, curtain with stain. Cleaner please look into this matters! A bit pricey during peak day.

The room was clean and spacious but the rooms are confusing . A bit of a hassle to park and find the room. The phone in my room was not working. A bit difficult to call the room service. Staff was friendly and check in was smooth. No iron in the room. Need to go to the lobby and ask for the iron.
