1. Very Good location, walking distance to shopping malls. Buggy service provided 👍 2. Good variety for breakfast but Char Kuih Teow fried by the lady slightly below par 3. Good welcome reception 4. Spacious room but clock not working The reclamation project in front of the hotel is still in full swing.

The hotel room and amenities is Great. The pools view in 24th floor is very nice.

The location of the hotel was great.... right next to Gurney Drive.... things in the minibar is free to take .... I would stay in the hotel again ...

It takes 15 minutes to go to Komtar from this hotel. There are two large shopping malls near the hotel. The staff in hotel is proactive and polite. The facilities in hotel is great, including the lobby and the room. I like the infinity pool very much! The hotel also give us a cake as we celebrate our wedding anniversary here. Overall, I enjoy the service in the hotel.

Staffs are polite and friendly, bkf & dinner spread are good & nice. Awesome hotel, will stay again;)

Great hotel very close to the malls offering buggy transfer if needed but close enough to walk. Hotel staff are very attentive and friendly always willing to offer assistance with a smile. A special thanks to Jordy at the rooftop bar and all the barstaff and rooftop management team for your excellent service.

Adequate services and facilities with convenient location

Overall, we had a great stay. We love that the hotel greeted us with ice cream when we arrived. The breakfast buffet was amazing with many options available and not too crowded. The room was also spacious and clean with daily replenishment of the mini bars. Will come back again next time!

The front desk and concierge staff are very attentive, helpful and polite. They greet you every time they see you, which make you feel welcomed. The room is relatively spacious, well equipped in room facilities and they provide soft drinks and bottle water generously. One thing worth mentioning is that the service provided inthe restaurant on the 2nd floor should be unbiased, if you offer one guest with or coffee, then you should offer all guests with tea and coffee, otherwise it would become a thorny issue. I think it's perfectly alright to tell the guests to get the tea or coffee themselves since it is a self service breakfast buffet.

Great value for money, that's why it is my first choice of hotel whenever I need to be in Penang for work.

Had a one night stay and it was very comfortable. The rooms was very clean, very friendly staff,. very convenient location in the middle of 2 great shopping malls Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon. Both are just 3 minutes walk from the lobby. The concierge staff was very friendly and helpful. When our airport taxi was caught in the heavy traffic jam and unable to pickup us from the hotel, the concierge arranged a cabbie to take us including luggage all the way to the G hotel Gurney, so we could conveniently get in to the cab and go to the airport.
