Apartment hotels basically have no services and the facilities are quite new. They basically rely on self-service. When the air conditioner is turned on, the sound will be a bit loud, which affects sleep. The address and location are good, close to transportation points.

Disappointed for having given me a room as desired with good ventilation. Disappointed with the bathroom, all the bottles containing soap, shampoo etc were empty. The TV lacked settings where I had to wait almost an hour and a half for a security guard to appear to help me out. On the other hand, the bedding was very comfortable.

A very clean family hotel with a family kitchen and an outdoor enclosed balcony. It is a bit troublesome to turn on the hotel TV. The front desk staff speaks English very well and is very professional. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby, a Beijing restaurant, and the Chinese chef married a local beauty.

Friendly and helpful office staff. General location. Met on arrival. Not like the pictures. Flat floors were dirty on arrival. Bed creaked constantly. No sign of the cleaner for the first four days. No toilet rolls or fresh towels. Grubby in places. Lots of things broken or badly finished e.g., door handles, front security door broken, general fittings, balcony lock. No sound proofing, you can hear everything from other flats. No where to hang towels in bathroom. Terrible bathroom layout, not sure who designed this but should consider a career change. Lots of basic kitchen items missing. See pictures below.

I have already been a guest 2 times (1 week, in January and 9 days in March 2024), the structure is new, very safe (there is a 24-hour guard), and the staff is very kind, located in a convenient area, modern neighborhood, close to a mall, the tram stop and with many nearby eating options. I have always stayed in the Grand Suite, which is the "base" room, it is furnished in a modern and tasteful way, for 2 people it is really comfortable, fast wifi, the bathroom is not very large but has good courtesy products in dispensers. I can't give full marks because in both stays I had some problems: the first time I was left with the automatic shutter broken (and for a week I couldn't open the only window), the second time however twice I was woken up to check out which I didn't have to do (I had extended the booking and made arrangements with the reception so as not to have to change rooms).
