Best hotel in Penang. Convenient to tourists to walk around the area. Mall walking distance. Swimming pools and gym very clean. Massage very good and cheap. Discounted for guest. Breakfast fantastic. Friendly staff and very helpful. All staff speak english. Malay and chinese. Easy to catch grab to the hotel.

Located opposite 1st Avenue Shopping Mall. Very convenient for shopping, transport, food. Very easy access to markets, restaurants. Very friendly staff. Room was spacious. Very comfortable. Loved the outdoor pool.

Cleanliness: room is clean. But will be cleaner if they offer daily housekeeping Location: walkable to most tourist attractions. Be ready to walk about 15 mins. If you fit or act fit, maybe 10 mins. Service: check in at 430pm and check out at 1230. All fast because already paid. Housekeeping sent item in under 30 mins. But inconsiderate guest put food outside corridor but not cleared till next morning Amenities: swimming pool got gd view but infested with kids. Noisy and playful until no peace to swim. Parents lack of responsibility.

Love the big and cozy room. Even though it’s a bit aged hotel, overall is good. Upgrade the rooms with newer plug with USB, and or with OTG connect wireless to TV would be best and more bright Color carpets is better for my personal preference

Seamless check in and front desk staff is very helpful. Walking distance to malls & surrounded by tons of local food delights. Sky bar at 31 floors is awesome with stunning views of Penang.

The hotel is at the town, got shopping mall, marts, food stalls and etc, very convenient for travellers. The hotel price is reasonable.
