All was ok .. at first was difficult to find the location as the GPS was confused 😛

When checking in, don't pay the tourism tax again! My payment on Trip.com included the tourism tax, but the counter staff asked me for it again. It took him a while to confirm it in his printout. I booked for one night and then extended my stay, but changed room in the process. The first room was rather warm, being on the top floor, and the toilet in the first room was about one by two metres. The second room was better in both aspects. However, there was no tissue available, and the toilet paper was of rather low quality. While the traffic is alright outside of peak hours, there were hardly any stores within a short distance. Gurney Walk would be the nearest place to buy food and water, or exchange money.

Convenient location with cheaper price. Room was pleasant and clean with coffee tea making facilities hairdryer and clean towel. Sorry my photo was after we messed the room 😅

I often check in this hotel as it is convenient, near to my project site. Hotel room size ok and shop are nearby too

Everything good, cleaness ok. nearby not much restaurant. need to walk some distance for some chinese food.

Housekeeping did a good job. Room cleanliness deserves praise. Public area is well maintained too. Will stay again in the near future.

When we moved in, there was no cleaning and toilet paper. We asked them to clean up, but in the end they just brought paper. The curtain did not close the window completely. There was hair on the bed. The next day at 8:30 in the morning, for some reason, they knocked on our door and brought more toilet paper. Are you kidding me???

The room is cramped. The bed is in a corner with an approach from one side, which is not convenient. Very narrow corridors. From furniture - a table, a chair, a crossbeam for hangers. Surfaces are missing. The refrigerator is small. The plumbing is correct. The reception does not work around the clock, they speak English well. We stayed for two nights. Cleaning was not carried out, the garbage was not taken out, they gave one bottle of shampoo for two people for two days! Shocked the ******* at the reception. Of the pluses - there is an elevator, a kettle, glasses, instant coffee, a public area in the courtyard with tables and sockets. In general, for Malaysia and Penang - it's normal, a room for your money.
