Not real enamored with the location, I was a solo traveler and Navi Mumbai is way far away from normal tourist sights. That being said, the service was fantastic, the food was spectacular and the staff were kind and considerate.

The breakfast menu had an exceptional variety of dishes on the menu. The highlight being the section on Local Delicacies, which featured Kheema Pau (never saw this on a menu at other hotels). Many thanks to Payal and Devendra for making this experience comfortable. The Dinner buffet too was exceptionally excellent with a good mix of vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes in good number. The staff Deepak, Swapnali and Owais went out of their way to reach out to our family members who are senior citizens.

Excellent food and sound sleep. Well appointed rooms to give you a good night sleep 😊 Some of the rooms are under repair/revamp hence there’s no wide choice of rooms. The room initially allotted to us was changed to a better one s it was having a foul smell (stink). Courteous staff is a key component of the hospitality here.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, especially with the exceptional service provided by Payal and Divenkar at the buffet. The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a well-maintained pool and a fully equipped gym. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and of high quality, contributing to an overall pleasant stay. I look forward to returning and enjoying the excellent facilities and warm hospitality again.

Wonderful and effective restaurant, Veeresh ***** with his team namely Upendra, Payal has been very helpful and cordial in dealing. Specially with two senior citizens in family couldn't have had a better hospitality service. Will keep coming back......
