Wonderful location, friendly staff. Rooms are clean & close to the port (10 minute walk). Lovely nightlife and restaurants. Beautiful setting to enjoy the sunrise every morning.

The shower is cool at first, you need to wait a little) Very beautiful area, nice room, towels, clean, soft bed, stable Wi-Fi, very nice staff 🙏
Breakfast to choose from - cereal, omelette, noodles or rice + fruit + tea/coffee, the food is very tasty, well done!!

Resort molto carino, ben organizzato, accogliente e pulito. Colazione e cena molto buona. Posizione fronte spiaggia con possibilità di usufruire di qualche lettino, anche se non molti. Unica pecca: il richiamo del Muezzin della vicina moschea cinque volte al giorno (specialmente di mattino presto) non molto gradevole... Ci hanno anche organizzato una gradevole escursione di snorkeling a Gili Meno per vedere fondali e tartarughe!

La catastrophe résume bien cet hôtel. J'expliquerai et j'argumente : 1. Plusieurs semaines avant mon arrivée et même 48h avant je valide avec l'hôtel mon pick-up a cheval au port gili T. , tout devait être ok mais non personne. Premier point négatif. Réponse de l'hôtel. On s'excuse. 2. J'arrive en chambre : odeur des égouts en salle de bains vétusté, rafraîchi a faire partout, peinture vieillissante. Serrure de la chambre vieille, un vrai calvaire au quotidien. Serviette de toilette sales, on me les change avec des excuses. 2e point négatif. 3. Pas de TV en chambre malgré ce qui est annoncé sur le site de l'hôtel. 3e point négatif. 4. Piscine sale non entretenue. 4e point négatif. 5. La clim est vétuste et non entretenue: nous avons chopé une conjonctivite, sympa. 5e point negatif. 6. Laverie et repassage. Je demande comme le dit leur site, s'il est possible de me laver 2 vêtements et les repasser : non ils n'ont pas ce service. 6e point négatif. 7. Situé a 100m de la mosquée locale : 5 chants de prières par jour a partir de 4h30 le matin jusqu'à 22h00 : bon courage à vous pour le sommeil. 8. Eau chaude : arrivé un lundi, je n'ai eu de l'eau chaude en douche que le mercredi malgré mes relances régulières matin et soir. 8e point négatif. 9. Le seul point positif : la literie parfaite. Cet hôtel est mauvais par ses services absents ou non réalisables et sa vétusté évidente. Ils ne savent que s'excuser sans apporter de vraies solutions. L'excuse = la faiblesse des Hommes. Je ne le conseillerais jamais même a mon pire ennemi. Au même prix vous avez des hôtels corrects voir très bon sur Gili T. Adieu Laguna

This place was sufficient for a 3 night stay but left us rather underwhelmed. As a large family group, we had 3 rooms. The bedding was clean and rooms tidy but in real need of updating. My brother noted in his room, the roof was not sealed properly and had large gaps letting in hot air and fumes. I noticed they were renovating other rooms and wondered if we were in unrenovated ones. (We had actually changed a booking from another property, having been informed there were renovations going on. The renovations here did not really impact us, as we were out and about all day). The staff were pleasant and helpful with any requests, basic a-la-carte breakfast, the sunbeds across the road in front were great and the resort overall was positioned just far enough away from the central party atmosphere so that it had a peaceful ambience. (Except for the sound of early morning roosters). We had to keep reminding ourselves that the cost was reasonable but noted other properties nearby with lovely pools that we would rather stay in if we returned.

The staff at Laguna Hotel Gili Trawangan have been extremely friendly, helpful and kind natured. We have been stuck on the island for 2 days because of storms out at sea and the fastboats operating between the Gili islands and Bali have not been sailing due to safety reasons, the staff have arranged for a speedboat to come collect us from the beach in front of the hotel to Bangsal Lombok so that we can get to Lombok airport in time for our flight from Bali. They also arranged a taxi to collect us at the harbour and take us to the airport. The rooms are extremely clean, really good aircon. The pool is nice and cool, actually cooler than the sea. I would like to make a special mention to Nara and Mong for their great support they have made our stay and fastboat dilemma much much easier. Many thanks Alisdair Scrase

Vi havde fem fantastiske dage på Laguna Gili Beach Resort. Dette er ikke et luksushotel, men man får utroligt meget for pengene. Hyggelige værelser, med lille terrasse, god aircondition, fantastisk sandstrand med koraller og havskildpadder, gratis solsenge på stranden, enkel og lækker a la carte morgenmad med udsigt ud over vandet. Og så var personalet utrolig søde og servicemindede - Kan klart anbefales til jeres ophold på Gili.
