Excessive pre-authorisation ($560 vs $157) charged and despite numerous attempts to contact staff this has not been rectified. Raised the issue in person with Danielle at check in, was told management would follow up, ten days later no contact. Multiple phone calls have been ignored, voicemail box is full, unable to make contact. Avoid this business.
