Amazing stay! Happy, calm, normal service through and through. (Stevie was especially wonderful, thank you so much Stevie! It's the little things that are hard to describe but were completely felt.) We had biked 5 days through Scotland and treated ourselves to a spa ending; which was state of the art, multi-temperature, hot/cold plunge sensory perfection gorgeousness. Front desk staff was immediately available all of the time and offered recommendations in a way like a professional best friend. So pleased. Thank you.

I booked a one night B&B stay here for my partner's birthday and it was fabulous! Marcello whom I spoke with prior to our visit was charming and very helpful in making sure our stay was exactly what we wanted. We were given a complimentary room upgrade on arrival which was a lovely surprise! We had some delicious cocktails from an interesting drinks menu with some twists on all the classics. The room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed and everything we needed. Breakfast was served buffet style in a lovely ambient setting and everything was well presented and delicious. The hotel is in a perfect location for easy access to theatres, restaurants, bars and shops. The Address Glasgow is a beautiful hotel with lovely staff who made us feel very welcome. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Central hotel , very clean, stylish and rooms a very good size with comfy bed. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful giving restaurant suggestions that had gluten free menus too. Couldn’t fault our stay and they happily stored our luggage pre and post check in/out.

Stayed here for one night with my sister. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We stayed in a twin room which was beautiful, plenty space and very clean. Breakfast was lovely and my sister is vegan so the kitchen made her a separate vegan breakfast which was excellent. Very central location in Glasgow. The only downside is that there are a number of stairs and doorways to get to the lift to the rooms which is an issue for people with mobility issues. I use a walking stick and found this particularly difficult. I would however stay here again as the hotel and staff were top class.

I had a wonderful stay here and cannot recommend this hotel enough. It's stylish and the beds are comfy, but above all it has some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I've encountered. Stevie in particular was an absolute angel and a delight to see each morning. So glad I went with here instead of a budget chain hotel which would have lacked the charm and experience.

I was served by Tori today and she made me an amazing Oat Latte. Friendly girl and gave me good service in the dining area I will definitely stay here again all staff lovely and place is immaculate and modern really relaxing and top notch hotel would really recommend

Great hotel - centrally located and so lovely inside. The staff were great - especially Stevie who took care of whatever I needed at breakfast time. The lobby area was a great place to work, and I had friends meet me here, and all felt welcomed while they waited.
