Room was a paradise in terms of design and structure. Location is amazing, very close to everything. Pool could have been more clean. Staff was friendly and helpful as well.

The sheets and towels are clean.
Overall it's old, but there are no problems. Fragments of rock from the cave are scattered here and there, which is typical of a cave hotel.
The shower room is dark.

Nice cave rooms, amenities, restaurants, indoor and outdoor pool. You should try their lamb tandoori at Ala restaurant.

Deluxe cave suite is not big as pictures. Very small, only king size bed and one sofa exist. The sofa is not clean. Bathroom is not clean as well. Breakfast is good, spa is good. The location and view are very good but too many car sounds.

It was a great stay but every time we asked for the room to be cleaned there were footprints. So it wasn't cleaned that much.

We stayed with friends for extended celebration. Hotel is in the heart of Capadocia valley. From dusk to down the view from higher rooms are fabulous. With hot air balloons you can just sit in awe forget everything. The rooms are varying we stayed cave with its own balcony- terrace with high ceiling. The details were perfect. The hotel has wine wine fountain ( red and white) next to outdoor pool. I visited Capadocia over 10 times but it was the best one so far.

We had a such a wonderful stay, the rooms were gorgeous, just needed fans in the room as they were very hot, the views were stunning and the staff were very helpful and friendly especially Çağatay who assisted us in any way he could without any hesitation.
