Find the Cheap Goreme Hotels

I had to arrive at the hotel at 4am in the morning, I didn’t notify the hotel beforehand but the receptionist was nice enough to offer me to stay at the kitchenette area and drink coffee until check-in time. In the morning around 6am, I was able to see the balloons from the window of the kitchen. The experience surreal! The staffs were super friendly and helpful. They helped me to arrange a ballon flights and shuttle bus to the airport. I loved to hang around at the common areas. The room was very spacious. Overall, the best experience I have ever had.

The staff at the counter are friendly and hardworking to help carry luggage. Three people can be dispatched to help carry luggage at a time. Tips and change should be well prepared so as not to cause embarrassment. The room is relatively old, and the wet and dry separation is not well designed. Although the amount of water in the shower is large and the flushing is very comfortable, half of the toilet floor will accumulate water after taking a shower. It cannot be called a cave hotel, it is completely a cement building. The 360-degree view of the roof is very good and will not be blocked by buildings. Try not to bring food with you. The bed base is made of cement. Sometimes ants come out of it. The number is not very large, but it will cause a little trouble.

I'm still reeling from the wonderful stay, that is Walnut House. Amongst hundredsss of hotels, tucked away in the heart of Goreme, this hidden gem left us feeling like we’d stumbled upon a secret, (I was debating whether to gate-keep). With their unique architecture, sweet touches throughout the place, and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, this humble family-run hotel is simply a work of art. Our room(7) was both cozy and aesthetically pleasing. Furthermore, their website allowed us to virtually take a walk through the hotel, prior to arriving, so we knew exactly what we were going into. Moving on to man of the hour, Ali, His selfless nature, patience and dedication were truly remarkable. He went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met, and his genuine hospitality made me feel like I were truly at home.

Cozy family run hotel. Only stayed one night. Lots of cats. Nice stay ruined by a tour booked by the hotel - Turkish dance. Beware we were overcharged - hotel told us it would be €60 per person (to be paid at the restaurant), which would include transport. Driver is the brother of the lady owner. Went to the dance, and they asked for €65 per person. A couple next to us told us they paid €40 per person. After we kicked up a fuss, we got a refund back however we still don’t know who was trying to rip us off: hotel, driver and/or restaurant. Do your research before agreeing to go on a tour organised by the hotel. That said, the car they organised for us was very reasonable (wife of said driver).

Location is very good. In one of the cave in Gerome. Hosters are all very nice and show us around the room and all the facilities including the very nice terrace. They also can arrange all the tours. Our room is in one of the cave, real cave. It is clean and warm. We had good time over there. One of the problem is that they forget to clean my room even with clean room tag hanging for whole day and in the afternoon I walked to the frontdesk to specifically asking for the clean. But when we got back to room around 9, still not cleaned. I would say that clean room is the basic for any hotel.

This is a sincere review. I read Xiaohongshu as a guide. At first I was worried about whether it was a trap. After I checked in, it was already 11 o'clock. I booked and explained the one-day tour through the hotel's professional brother, and booked the ATV sunset tour for that day. , the price is slightly different from other outbound travel agencies, but it does not focus on convenience. It is recommended to make a guide for other itineraries first. The service of this hotel is very good, the environment is also very good, and there is a very good restaurant on the rooftop of the hotel (personally think it is the best ), because it was our birthday, the restaurant prepared a cake for us to celebrate that night. Very considerate, not only that, they also prepared the same cake surprise for us for breakfast the next day. I especially appreciate the waiter's name (Fatma). In short, I think this is the most cost-effective and best hotel here. Booked a more expensive hotel for another night and couldn't compare to this. Only then can I have this experience. Our experience here was nothing short of amazing! I highly, highly recommend you stay here. Not only was it affordable, but it is absolutely stunningly beautiful. The upper levels with the restaurant and bar have amazing views, and our standard cave suite was large, comfortable, and so unique. The staff here are all incredible and very service oriented. They were very helpful in arranging our transfers, balloon ride, the Red tour, and giving us all kinds of advice on where to eat in town. I recommend this hotel 1000%.

This hotel is beyond what it is advertised. Not only is the hotel located in the best location in the city with amazing views and impeccably clean rooms it also comes with one of the best breakfasts Ive had at a hotel. The views you get tat this hotel are unparalleled. The hotels ambiance is to die for as it feels as if you are staying in a cave with all the amenities you could want. Besides the hotels amenities it is important to note the hotels staff. The hotels staff is one of the most professional and helpful people I have interacted with. Specially SERHAT, words cannot describe how helpful this man was. We arrived at the hotel with 0 plans. This man acted like our travel agent booked our whole trip for us. He was constantly in contact with us when things got canceled due to bad weather and would make adjustments for us to have something else to do that day. Just interacting with and getting the services from Serhat was worth the hotels rates, the rooms were just a plus. I cannot vouch more for this hotel, highly recommend to anyone considering visiting Capaddocia!

Nice cave hotel, on top of the hill, which is necessary if you want to have nice paranomic view of the hot air balloons (if they do fly). Many hot hair balloons do fly directly above or across the hotel, as this hotel is near the peak point in gerome hotel area. A nice paranomic view of the whole surrounding too since view is unblocked by other hotels on lower slopes. No safe box in hotel, or no battery as per my experiences in Turkey. Breakfast is a good spread, with nice restaurant view of the surrounding area. Walking distance to gerome city centre, which to me resembles a tourist trap which sells homogenous products. I enjoyed my stay.

Family of 3, stayed from September 3rd till September 7th, 2022. From the moment of our arrival to Nevesehir airport till the moment of our departure to the next destination we felt welcome. Very family-oriented environment, exceptional hospitality, and smiley faces. We were given a tour of the hotel and amenities, then taken to our rooms. Our room was a cave room called the king suite with terrace (Room number 304). It was beautiful, authentic, clean, and had an AC. Beautiful spacious marble bathroom. Room authentically decorated in Cappadocian-Turkish style. Sheets were changed and towels replaced upon request. Lovely housekeeping team. Front desk very receptive and helpful, all hotel staff went above and beyond to tend to guests to make sure all were having a great experience. Given the nature of it being a family run hotel, it had warm friendly vibes. SETEN RESTAURANT – absolutely to die for! Best restaurant in Cappadocia hands down. Breakfast – best spread ever lots of choices. Served by lovely people. Dinner - It is a definite MUST. Especially the Muhammara, Mutancana, Testi Kebab, and Pumpkin Dessert!!!! I do advise you to book your tours with the hotel but make sure it is with the hotels Kelebek Tour company as we had a frightening experience with a company in city centre. Thank you to the amazing staff at the hotel that made our stay in Cappadocia memorable. We are avid travelers so believe me when I say this hotel is well worth it especially the fact it is THE best view to watch the beautiful hot air balloons fly over Goreme with many caves surrounding you. Special thanks to front desk - Duru, Amir, Sena, Murat - and including Seten Restaurant – Hussain, Utku and Serife – including anyone else I may have forgotten to name, you are all doing an amazing job.
