Unfortunately, the hotel is located right behind a busy road day and night, which makes it hard to sleep well. Overall, the building is very noisy. The breakfast is simple with very bad coffee. The staff is friendly and helpful.

No hot water in the bathroom.
The hot food at breakfast was cold and there was very little (3 rashers of cold bacon) for later comers. The coffee from a machine was undrinkable. The orange juice was poor.

Stayed here for 5 nights and overall was pleased with the hotel and what we paid. Good size bedroom with A/C and a balcony and good bathroom. The bathroom has very limited space to put toiletries but clean. Great shower pressure as well. There is a safe in the bedroom which you have to pay for €1.50 per night. You also have to pay for pool towels as well at €2.00 per day!. We did not eat evening dinner at the hotel as we were very close to very good restaurants near by. Breakfast is continental which was OK. The only real disappointment was that there is not one English speaking TV channel in the room!. Friendly staff which was nice to have a conversation with.

The pool area is nice . We didn't stay at the hotel so can't comment on that. The man behind the bar is the most miserable , grumpy , sour faced person you will ever meet , unless you are an attractive female , where he does smile and lay on the charm . I recommend you spend your money in one of the other pools in Gouvia where the staff are welcoming and pleasant. You come on holiday to be happy , not looking at this depressing man !

nice little hotel clean and tidy only negative is the new manager (after Spiros who was great by the way) is grumpy and not welcoming at all, breakfast was just ok lydia was a fantastic waitress could not of been more helpful, it's a great location right in the middle of gouvia, the swimming pool is very clean as is the rest of hotel

Σε 10 λεπτά είμασταν στο κέντρο της Κέρκυρας με το αυτοκίνητο χωρίς να συναντούμε κίνηση. Υπάρχουν μίνι μάρκετ και αρκετά καταστήματα σε απόσταση 50 μετρων. Γενικά πολύ βολευτηκαμε εμείς και τα παιδιά μας και περάσαμε πολύ ωραία! Σήμερα το πρωί αποχωρήσαμε με τις πιο όμορφες εντυπώσεις! Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ καλό με την σχέση απόδοσης/τιμής.

The hotel is good and clean. The behaviour of the Manager Maria was horrible. She didn't have the right room for us although I paid a deposit 6 months before. She put us in a double room, 4 people. She moved us in a bigger room the next day but I paid extra fees. If I didn't have the kids with me, I would leave. Horrible behaviour!
