Our second time at this hotel and while the first time was good this time was even better. Rooms are lovely and spacious clean and had everything you need. Maids clean daily if required. Food in restaurant is good quality and varied and there was always something even for a fussy 8 year old. Plenty of pools and pool space and sun loungers and nothing is too far away. The jewel at this hotel however is the animation team, they work long hours and weather it be in the well equipped kids club around the pools or keeping the guests entertained at night, the Energy and enthusiasm of Kevin, Sheila and Claudia is infectious to the point I was on the stage dancing away which I don't do, and you can't help but be entertained and join in. Thank you guys agin you really made our holiday. We're already trying to book again for July next year. Been to many hotels in the canaries but enjoyed this one by far the most.

Second summer staying in Livvo Koala Garden and we loved it even more. Lovely staff,clean, amazing food and great entertainment for kids and adults. The hotel has 3 zones, each zone including big and kids pool surrounded by the rooms. More than enough sun loungers for all the guests, so no need to leave towels etc. My girl loved the secured play area for a mid-day play as well as the various entertainment in the evenings. Variety of food each day, snack bars between each pool and many drinks stations. Overall, an amazing family hotel with great location, €7-10 to Maspalomas and Meloneras. We have just returned last week and already looking into booking 2 weeks next summer!

We've just returned from our family holiday to koala gardens and I have nothing but good things to say. All the staff around the hotel are so helpful and friendly. We wanted to go to the aquarium (45 minites away) and a lady at reception (can't remember her name but she had curly brown hair) helped us to figure out the best and cheapest way to get there, which was to rent a car. She was helpful throughout the process and we had an amazing day out at the aquarium. Nothing was too much trouble for her! The entertainment staff are exceptional! They work so hard throughout the day and form special friendships with all the guests. My son formed a special bond with Claudia, who he absolutely loved! When he woke up in the morning he was asking for kids club and mini disco so he could be with Claudia. He also enjoyed the foam party and kids games in the daytime. Claudia, Shirley, Isabel and Kevin are an asset to this hotel. THANK YOU for being kind to my son and giving us a great family holiday. Food… we had no issues with finding things to eat every night, however it is typical all inclusive food (and does get repetitive). We walked across to holiday world a few nights just to break it up. The food doesn't deserve the bad rep it gets, what do you expect from all inclusive? Cleanliness… the hotel is very clean and the housekeeping staff come into your room everyday to do a general clean. Including make beds, change towels, sweep floors, empty bins etc. We had no issues with things going missing, as I have noticed on some reviews. The surrouning areas are easy enough to get to via taxi (and they are cheap). The hotel also supply complimentary buses to the beach at certain hours. All in all, our holiday here was great! We have no complaints. We enjoyed our time so much that we have booked to return in May 2025, with a few other family members. THANK YOU KOALA GARDEN for brilliant memories 🙌🏼🎊☀️
