Very unfriendly hotel staff. I called them for sth and the moment they hear me speak English they hang up on me.

The hotel is basic but clean. It is located near to quite a few tourist attractions. The service is good. There are some good restaurants nearby that I would recommend.

It's located near Plaza Nueva, so it's very convenient for sightseeing. The taxi stand and bus stop were both within walking distance. The hotel was equipped with towels, a hair dryer, a refrigerator, a kettle, instant coffee and tea, and even slippers. There was a bathtub and even a heater to dry your laundry. The breakfast was buffet style, with a wide variety of dishes, including hot dishes such as *food, sausages, bacon, fried dumplings, and tortillas, cold dishes such as prosciutto, cheese, and tomatoes, five types of bread, two types of cake, fruit, and yogurt. If I go to Granada again, I'd like to stay here again.

The design was good, with a small fountain at the entrance. The room was normal, but the room by the window gets hot even in winter.

The hotel is not close to the long-distance bus station. This time I took a taxi. It is not too expensive for a three-person trip. It is nearby a tourist area with many shopping and restaurant options. It is not far from the palace and is convenient to walk or take a bus. The hotel staff's service attitude is friendly and proactive. She provided detailed advice on how to take the bus to the long-distance bus station after renting the hotel. I feel that her professional service spirit is commendable. This small hotel has such a professional team, and the overall performance is worthy of praise. points.

The location was perfect and the staff service was very good.

It was nice to have a Korean restaurant less than a minute away, I didn't expect much, but it was wider and cleaner than I thought, and everyone was kind. There seems to be a lot of people who only stay for one night, so I recommend this accommodation.

I want to use it again in a good location and condition

No my favorite hotel in Spain. I went to couples of cities around and this was my least favorite stay. Room and bathroom were specious but towels are kind of worn out. Not regular toilet paper but sort of napkin displayed. Noisy at times since there is a restaurant/bar/terrace in the first floor and people enjoy outdoors nights; I am ok with that but not when I need to sleep 💤. Also the afternoon receptionist M.J. Was not very welcoming or maybe thats her personality. The mornings one is all the opposite, very nice. Not sure but something was not quite there in this hotel in my opinion.

This is a great place to stay as previous reviews have stated and was the reason for choosing it. The location is the best and not having a car meant we didn’t have to worry about driving instructions and car park issues. Interestingly our Uber had no problems dropping us off right in front. Most importantly it is a quiet hotel. Hallelujah. Some noise filters up from reception but it is random so not an issue. Staff are really friendly and helpful especially for transport to the Allambra which is just outside the back door. Taking the bus there and walking back was a good choice. I can’t say enough about this hotel as it provided everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Look no further.

Unbeatable location with parking. It’s right in the middle of the restricted historic centre so be warned if you are coming by car. You will need to announce your arrival at the steel bollards which will retract and let you into the area. Once there, drive to the hotel and stop in the small street before the entrance and check in. The very helpful staff will guide you down the perilous ramps into the parking basement. It was an adventure. A small car and Google maps are your friends. I’d stay there again.

Our stay was fantastic. The location is central to everything - we even walked up the hill in the morning to the Alhambra and it was only a 15 minute walk. The AC was perfect (it was 40 degrees C outside so AC was key to our trip). They even had a small refrigerator where we chilled our water before exploring each day. Staff was lovely - helped us with any logistics questions and they had a great (€20 a bag) laundry service that we dropped off in the morning and received back that afternoon. The elevators access all floors. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you!
