Although it was a short stay for transit, it was a short walk to the mall, the room was clean, and the people at the front desk were very kind. I wanted to get to the hotel quickly, so I decided to use Lyft. We had a free car arranged for us to get to DFW when we checked out. I would like to stay again!

The front desk was excellent. I wish our room had air conditioner. We had a unit that ventilated out side. It was loud and Almost in the middle of the room. We were so hot at night, that we actually were sweating and it was hard to sleep.it was so hot. We sweat to high heaven at night in the bedroom! If there is a next time, I will ask before going up, does the room have a regular air conditioner??? I never thought I had to do that. We even checked in after3.

We stay in this hotel often. Service was fantastic. Our room was very smelly from cigarette smoke. Next time I will request a different room.

It is 7.8 kilometers away from the airport. The hotel will pick you up for free. After you get off the plane, call the hotel, and lyft will be called to pick you up. The room size is not small and the kitchen is a bit old. The biggest advantage is that there is a large shopping mall a few hundred meters nearby, and it is convenient to eat. The hotel provides a simple buffet breakfast, but does not provide drinking water. The worst thing about this hotel is the service. This hotel is amazing. First of all shoutout to Misty and the new guy Desmun for taking off me and making sure I was good during my stay! Great prices, great location. Great friendly environment. My room was excellent, clean. The housekeeping staff was awesome and I will be coming back again. Very affordable. Thank you Misty and Desmun!!! Y'all rock!!

DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel is HORRIFIC. The hotel was not very clean for a Hilton brand - it felt more like a semi-clean MOTEL. It was NOT Hilton-level clean. The white fridge was not even wiped off and was a dark egg-shell white color. When we got back to the hotel after dinner around 11pm, the shower did not work. When we told the night clerk (Don), he said "There are no rooms available to move to, but he could get us into a clean room to shower and stay in our current room". I was annoyed with that suggestion because it was so late, but the hotel had rooms available because the parking lot was not even at 30% capacity, and I could book a room through my Hilton app. After 15 minutes, I called back, and the night clerk came to the room to bring us to the room across the hall. THIS ROOM WAS OCCUPIED WITH GUESTS' PERSONAL ITEMS AND A HALF-EATEN BURGER!!! I told the night clerk that we did not feel comfortable showering in someone else's room, even if the guests were not in the room currently. I told him to please have another room prepared for us that is clean and without guests currently occupying the room. After 5 minutes, guests were coming in and out of the room across the hall. We confronted those guests and told them that the clerk let us in their room. They said that the hotel staff came into their room 3 times the night before and several times that day. We went to the check-in desk and checked out with a full refund. The clerk was nice about it and understood why we wanted to leave with a refund, but he was not trying to resolve the problem and his actions by taking us into an occupied room were insane!! We decided to book another hotel close by and had a fantastic and clean stay. I would never stay at this Homewood again and would highly recommend the Tru by Hilton Coppell DFW Airport North located at 1560 Point W Blvd, Coppell, TX 75019. The staff at the Tru could not believe our experience at the Grapevine Homewood. PLEASE BE ADVISED OF THIS HOMEWOOD SUITES!!!

Was in town for quick two day trip to the Dallas area. Okay Hotel, Room smelled like bong water. The smell dissipated after 24 hours. Breakfast was good. Never did email me a receipt from my stay and found a random $24 charge from them. I would choose elsewhere next time.

Front desk seemed apathetic. Disappeared from front desk serval times during our stay. Bed was uncomfortable. Garbage disposal broke in our room and flooded the cabinet below which we clean up and reported to hotel. Had to request several times to get more sheets as we stayed here over a week. Breakfast food was yuck. Why are you placing velvetta cheese into your omelettes? Ran out of fruit quickly. Gym was meh. The peloton in there was not functioning for the first three days of our visit. Told hotel staff which did nothing. I finally got a wrench and adjusted the seat and had to update their peloton using my Bluetooth on my phone as internet to get it updated. I finally fixed that myself. Towels were in the gym 2x in ten days. Didn't have water until the very last day. Do not recommend

My family of four stayed in a two bedroom, two bath suite for three nights. I was apprehensive to stay at the hotel (it was part of room block of a large event we attended) given the many negative reviews however our stay was great and we would happily return. We stayed in the two bedroom, two bath suite and found it very clean upon our arrival. The room looked exactly like the Homewood-submitted pictures on the website though the televisions are now probably 50" instead of 27". Most of the furniture in the family room was new. While the refrigerator was on the older side, it was very clean on the inside and kept our food and beverages cold... Front desk staff was very friendly... Breakfast was well managed by staff however the hot food was just average but can't beat the price (included in cost of room)!... There are some rooms with portable air conditioners due to maintenance issues, we asked not to be placed in said rooms and were not... Nice lobby area on par with other hotels in its class.
