“Property needs upgrade ” Building is good at this location it’s pretty cool but same time its outdated in many way’s they have rooms which doesn’t have any carpet on floor, TV’s are outdated even there own engineering staff was saying our TV’s quality is bad so output is bad Even they are not even smart tv’s And they have Bose speaker also in room but still they r also outdated you have to make them connect by AUX cable, if you r iPhone user u can’t! I asked them to put a cake on arrival but they didn’t place any cake it was our anniversary and they have ruined it successfully not a problem in evening i told them that you can place that uh can place cake now we are going to poolside but they didn’t next i told them that I’m going outside and plsss this time place the cake in room but as usual they didn’t!! I got cake at 10’0 clock after doing mutiple follow-up!!Then next they don’t even have First aid box at their concierge desk or front desk they denied clearly that we don’t have first aid box! Like what?? My self got suffered there because i was suffering from fever and they doesn’t have any common medicine!! Why they have concierge than?? The room which assigned to me has a lot of cracks over the bathtub, i can write so much but i think its enough for u and you should have think about these which i mentioned!!

During my recent stay, I experienced several inconveniences that impacted my overall experience. Firstly, there were multiple instances of staff intervention in my room over a short period. While I understand the importance of maintaining service standards, the frequency of these visits was disruptive and made it difficult to enjoy any privacy or relaxation. Instead of a smooth stay, I found myself repeatedly engaged with staff, which became somewhat intrusive. Additionally, I faced an issue with hot water availability.

I’ve just checked in, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing so far. My room is located near the lift, and the loud hotel corridor music has been blaring, making it impossible to sleep at 11:30 p.m. I’ve called twice to request they lower the volume, but nothing has been done. Additionally, the room feels outdated and unclean, and the bed is very uncomfortable with a lumpy mattress. I’m dreading the thought of staying here for two more nights under these conditions.

Super service by Amit kumar at Mosaic. Good Ambience excellent provided anything thanks a lot for Amit kumar all good visit again. The food at Mosaic restaurant was fantastic and had a plethora of options... the ambience of the reastaurant and hotel was also plaeasing. Amit kumar at the dining during lunch was very courteous and served us well. Recommend people to come here and enjoy the food.

Had been coming to crown plaza from past 8 years...Best place to hang out in greater noida...Came for lunch today at mosaic..They have huge variety in their buffet menu..It was a lavish experience.As usual food was fantastic n Amit kumar served us very warmly ...Loved the experience...

We had our lunch in their mosaic resturant and Mr Amit Kumar served us with great love and enthusiasm...loved their yellow Thai curry and the service 5 star to the service the ambience was also nice and quite for a nice lunch Thank you so much will visit again
