The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff were very friendly. The balcony wasn’t very welcoming, old- fashioned and the mountain views a bit disappointing.

We stayed at the hotel on a car trip. The Hotel is near the highway and free parking at the hotel was easy. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was also in good condition. Breakfast was good with variety. It has a big shopping center near. The gym was also in great conditions with many options.

I stayed at this hotel from last Thursday, April 25 to Sunday, April 28, 2024. I have stayed in several hotels in Guadalajara and I can say that this is the best I have been to. Large common areas, a great Buffet breakfast and quite spacious rooms, with lots of natural light and quite comfortable beds. The treatment of staff is excellent. Although the hotel seems to be on the outskirts of Guadalajara because it is on the other side of the NII, it is very close to the center on foot, since in front of the hotel there is an elevated walkway that crosses the NII and quickly puts you in the center on foot. Next to Hipercor.

I had an accident on my trip and by chance I ended up at the hotel, and what a pleasant surprise. To highlight the kindness, empathy and humanity that both the receptionist, César, had with me; like in the bar, Alberto. You can tell that it is a 4-star hotel, it is modern and at the same time, cozy. Without hesitation, I would return.

The hotel is quite correct, I don't know if it is a 4-star category but in short, correct. But their management.... shameful! I make a reservation 5 months in advance for 3 superior rooms for a Saturday night. Three months before, I called the hotel to confirm the reservation and remind them that the rooms had to be together. The receptionist very kindly explained to me that the superior rooms are at the ends of the corridors and that they cannot go together. She explained that it is very important that they stay together so I prefer that I get 1 superior and two normal ones but together. What is my surprise that when I arrive at the hotel I have 3 upper rooms, one on each end and another on another floor. No matter how much I explain the problem, it tells me that special requests apply. Depending on the occupancy of the hotel and they can't do anything. In the end we managed to change an upper room for a normal one on the same floor. What is my surprise when it comes to paying them that all 3 of them charge me at a higher price because according to them they can't do anything because the reservation was made from the headquarters. Amazing, not a detail, not an apology, nothing... I will certainly neither return nor recommend it.

Everything very well organised. Super good quality breakfast. Spacious and well-organized rooms. Very good restaurant with correct prices for the quality. Bar offers quick and quality dinners. Overall correct price for the quality offered. Recommended for business trips.

Very pleasant hotel in a somewhat remote area of ​​Guadalajara but close to the center, with extensive free outdoor parking. Very large and comfortable bed, with a full bathroom and all the necessary accessories.

We were there to spend one night and rest because we were passing through and we hadn't rested. Everything was quite clean and the food was good. We didn't eat anything, so I can't comment. But at 9 in the morning the room service was banging on the door as if it were a livestock farm instead of a hotel, we went out and told them what was happening and they answered no, it was asking us if they cleaned the room... we told them if they saw Normally what they were doing they left and after 10 minutes they did it again and they told us that they had made a mistake. It's a shame, I tell you, it's a shame in my life, something similar had happened to me.
