옆 호텔 츠바키에서 뷔페 먹으러 갔다가 예약하게 되었는데 중식당 뷔페는 예약이 다 차셔 먹지를 못해서 아쉽웠습니다
고층으로 배정해주셔서 저녁야경 멋지게 봤습니다 짐 맡기는 서비스도 잘 되어 있고 건비치 근처 호텔뷔페 먹기 좋은 위치

The facilities are old, but clean. I had to ask for room cleaning for two consecutive days, which is really disappointing! But the sheets were changed every day. The corner of the bathroom was leaking, and the ash in the ashtray showed that the room cleaning was sloppy!

I clearly booked a triple room with 3 single beds, but the hotel provided 2 single beds and an extra bed.
The price varies depending on the number of beds and the room type, and we intentionally booked a room with 3 single beds.
When I asked the hotel to confirm my reservation, they said that my reservation was for 2 single beds and 1 extra bed in the hotel system.
My reservation voucher said that I booked a triple room with 3 single beds, but I was a little disappointed because Trip.com made a mistake when I booked.
I talked to them and they changed it, but I felt uneasy because I spent time on the hour.

The ocean view was amazing.
We received L'Occitane amenities when we checked out. The pool was large and the beach was close by, so we could enjoy the area around the hotel.
