房間比想象的小 前台服務蠻好 很温柔 但是叫客房衹更換床單被套 阿姨把還需要的桌上的口罩和剩下的粉底液小樣丟了

差，很差，非常差，以前住過一次，覺得還可以，又是智能家居，這一次就訂了用來招待朋友，上面標註30平米，智能家居窗簾等，結果，給我朋友安排了一個既沒有30平，也沒有智能家居，連紗窗都沒有的房間（如視頻所示），我就覺得貨不對版，跟他們説，一直轉移話題，一直強調説我訂的特惠大床房，是最便宜的（這個跟最便宜有什麼關係嗎？是自己標註錯誤）如果要智能的房型就要補差價（多大臉呢？你們自己標註的問題我來買單？），之前是打電話，因為手機原因不能錄音。後來他們經理表示是員工添加房型的時候沒注意，搞錯了，並表示給我朋友換房，換的房就像沒裝修好，如圖所示。我以為你們自己都出現失誤了，沒想着做更好，給換成這麼垃圾的房就不説了，還跑去跟我朋友説我訂的就是最便宜的房子（之前説了一次，換了房後又跑去説了一次）説換的就很好了。經理認為我還有意見，就讓我取消訂單，全額退款，那時候已經晚上十點多了吧大概，我不同意，我的訴求是升級房型，最後給我朋友換了個房差強人意，相當於是搬了兩次，如此令老客户失望，那就祝你生意稀撇吧。

服務態度極差，我是長期住的，還在入住期間丟了東西，一句沒有看到就打發了，那是我自己拿去丟了還是酒店進賊了呢？雖然不是什麼值錢的東西，但是就這種處理問題的態度就不建議大家入住
