The biggest hotel I’ve stayed in Guangzhou. Was very happy to see the huge room with a separate living area, bathtub, separate shower and toilet. Then the leakage happened. What a shame, don’t know why there is a flood whenever we use the shower. The bathtub, toilet area and sink area is fine, but the water will flood most of the toilet floor after shower, and the worst is there will be a foul smell that comes after. Shower room is just next to the beds, so we ensure the shower door is shut when we sleep to keep the smell away. Other than the shower mishap, everything is perfect, I was surprised to see they even have different charging lines near the dresser and the tv area, very thoughtful!Location is the best, shopping plaza just across the road with a delicious dim sum restaurant on the 2nd floor, be sure to go early, I reached close to 11am and que for almost an hour to get a seat. The super market in the shopping plaza is expensive but the bread offers buy 2 free 1 if you go after 8pm, the bread is so tasty, I brought back to sg and ate for 2 days it still taste very good. Bought kiwis and persimmon back to sg and both taste very good as well. Subway is just 3 mins away and easily to get taxis from the hotel or from the roadside. Walk about 30 mins to qing hui yuan, one of the famous garden in Guangzhou, visit the huang fei hong and ye wen gallery. Take the subway 2 stops to Beijing bu xing jie, plenty of shops and vibrant place, it’s a must go. Really love the location of this old hotel, so convenient and surrounded by shopping and eateries, just need to make sure to have a shower room that doesn’t leak.

We were upgraded to a suite, which was quite a surprise. Thank you to the sister at the front desk for asking our needs carefully. The room is very comfortable and large, with a Dyson hairdryer provided. It's my first time to stay at Hilton. It's very comfortable. I will stay there again next time. Disadvantages: The shower water pressure is low and the water volume is very small. The sound insulation is not perfect, I heard the sound of door closing and the sound of traffic on the road.

Mr. Zero Zhang from the concierge is very friendly and helpful. When asked him for the nearby attractions and restaurants, he advised us patiently. The location of the hotel is nearer to the East Gate of Yue Xiu Park, where we spotted this bookstore with Zen feel. However, it took about 15 min walk to the nearer mrt station. I would suggest the front desk to have a clearer queuing line for check in. There is one counter stated on the floor carpet for membership, so I queued at the next counter where the staff was serving a customer in front of me. Another counter was also busy at that time. As it was slightly further, so I thought it meant for checking out. While I was waiting, I noticed guest who came in later than me was being served at this counter. May be the hotel can arrange someone at the check-in counter to advise the guest when checking in. (This is the other hotel which I visited have done so.)

Front Desk staff is top service, housekeeping lady that clean my room, thank you so much for the hand writing note.Concierge staff, doesn’t feel like helping traveller like us. I want to thank front desk for helping me and assisting on my request. Here are the major negative thing that i personally feel 1. Centralized A/C which is too hot even though i have switch to the lowest degree with cool high air. 2. Window too dusty as i was told to open the window if is too hot and stuffy 3. Shower top needs to change as the rubber tip turn brownish and water shooting from different direction 4. Breakfast expenses need to pay on the spot and not able to settle upon departure 5. Lift is alittle scary to me even though is safe. The lift have not completely stop and the door open. Overall, staffs is good but hotel is kinda old.

A very satisfying experience, boutique hotel. The toilet, hairdryer, and shower are easy to use and clean. The bedding is comfortable to sleep on. The key is good sound insulation and considerate service. It deserves praise! Snacks, drinks, desserts, and fruits are abundant and varied in the lobby. The key is that they are free. The transportation is convenient, with two subway exits. Beijing Pedestrian Street, Memorial Hall, Yuexiu Park, Nanyue King Museum are just a few minutes’ walk away. The room I stayed in was not big, but the hygiene was good. The room lighting and bed curtains were all one-button electronically controlled. The bed is very comfortable, a thumbs up. The front desk service attitude is very good, warm and polite. I will stay here again next time I come. After exiting the hotel, turn right and then turn right again. There is a Xidianhui Tea Restaurant about 200 meters away. The morning tea is very good. Locals dine there. Those who want to experience the local morning tea culture can go there.

Wow! The attention to detail on this hotel makes up for a pleasant stay. As the name suggests, the hotel is designed in an orange theme. You will love noticing every part of the hotel, from the entrance, lobby to even the escalator area. Check-in took around 20 mins as our room was being cleaned. There is unlimited coffee and orange drink in the lobby area. Bed was comfortable but the sound insulation was just okay. We could hear the noise from subway Trains passing by below the hotel. There are a few eateries around 200 meters away from the hotel. And Yuexiu metro station is nearby as well. Please take exit A to get off the metro station and then take two left turns and go straight ahead and you will find the hotel on your left. Just note that you will need to carry the luggage through stairs when exiting out of the metro station. We did not like the breakfast spread and there is not much western breakfast items. They can definitely improve on it.
