No one at the hotel can communicate in English, only speak Chinese and google translate. Because we are foreigners, the hotel check-in process is quite long, but I personally feel very careful, thorough, and secure, because the hotel side carefully checks passports and portraits taken on the spot. . There is also a backup charging station at the reception (4 yuan/piece). Very convenient! The hotel lights are yellow, so it feels dim. The room is ok, clean, someone comes in to clean every day. Every day you are given 2 bottles of mineral water. TV only has domestic cable, cannot use wifi. The hotel's wifi only allows QR codes to be scanned, but when I use apps like wechat, I can't access it. I don't know if it's because I'm a foreigner. But on the phone, pressing direct access can still access wifi. However, wifi blocks foreign apps, only Chinese apps can be used. The lights in the room were also yellow and dim, making makeup a bit difficult. The bathroom has hot water, but you have to wait quite a while. As for the bathroom door, it's a bit difficult to use. When you pull one side, it opens on the other side 😅 The mattress and blanket are very soft, sleeping very well. Room amenities are complete and very good.

The alarm went off on the first morning of my stay. I asked the waiter and said it was a security check. I didn't get any sleep after staying for three days. This hotel served the purpose for us, which was to spend the last day of our 2 week trip in China to head back home from Guangzhou airport. Hotel is however away from the touristy area. The check in was easy and front desk staff spoke bit of English. The room was small which was expected. But didn’t expect the bed to be small. There were only 2 pillows for 2 of us. We are so used to 4 pillows so it was bit uncomfortable. The AC would directly hit your face when sleeping. The shower is bit too short for too tall people like by husband who’s 6’2. Other than these, the hotel is very clean. There’s a robot to bring you things. You can order food via online apps and get them delivered to your room.
