Nice location and good service , clean room and was nice to do early check in and late check out. Will come again

I had a terrible experience due to lack of cleanliness and poor customer service. I booked a two-night stay but wanted to cancel. Unfortunately, they refused to refund both nights, so I had to stay for one night but received a refund for the second.

Had a bit of issue at the beginning, but the managers took corrective actions swiftly and made up for the mistakes. Overall experience was great and will definitely come back.

The serviced apartment was underwhelming, for the price and brand, I expected it to live up to other 5 star places, but the room smelt a bit off and the a few of the amenities were partially broken. Overall it was fine, just expected a bit more from a 5 star establishment
