The room was huge and the bed was so comfy. This is a really comfortable place to stay and is in a good location.

The hotel is a bit small but cozy, clean, and convenient to visit the city. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is delicious and healthy. We have a good experience here and will recommend our friends and family to book again ♥️

A pleasant stay with a window. Breakfast was sufficient, would be nice to have good and proper coffee at the breakfast though. Both Chloe and Lily were amazing receptionists! Good location. Great for a weekend stay.

The staffs are truly friendly, helpful and accommodating. They give assistance the best way they can. The room is always clean. They have a wonderful breakfast. Well recommended to those who love to stay in Hanoi.

My flight from Da Nang to Hanoi was delayed by an hour so I arrived in this property at almost 2 a.m. I was earlier advised to just ring the doorbell as they close the gate after midnight. I only pressed the doorbell once and immediately, the gate opened. The lad at the reception checked me in immediately so I can rest. Room has all the amenities I needed: free bottled water, coffee, tea, electric kettle, mini-bar with cold water and soda. The bathroom is well-equippef with toiletries and hairdryer. The water pressure is perfect. The toilet has a bidet. Wonderful! Do not forget to turn on the hot water switch. It should be located near the bathroom's light switch. Free breakfast too! The following day, the lady at the reception arranged for a private car (VND 300,000) to take me to the airport for my next flight. The location is near Old Quarter and Hoa Kiem so book this one when you're in Hanoi if you want a private room for yourself.

We stayed in triple family room but the place was falling apart. They offered us another room next day but we chose to change hotel as the overall experience was way below what was advertised.

Clean room, comfy bed and super friendly and helpful staff in a small hotel with a great location with all sorts of shops, bars and restaurants close by. Yes, there are rooms with no windows and the rooms are kinda small but personally, if i only stay for one night, it doesn’t bother me at all. absolutly worth the price. Great choice for solo travellers on a budget.
