I always love this beautiful hotel. It’s a legend to me. The location, decor and renovated room, so spacious and comfortable. I am coming back next month with my family.

Excellent customer service, rooms not that big but it was sufficient for a family of 4. Excellent location

It was honestly a great choice. It’s pricier compared to some of the other premium hotels that are on offer in GZ, it makes it up on location and amenities.

The hotel has a very nice swimming pool and gym. It’s like a resort pool. Their gym has a full range of equipment and they open till late. Must try the hotel dim sum lunch, especially the shrimp dumpling.

We added 2 more nights after booking into this hotel for 3 nights. Front desk staff re all very knowledgeable and helpful. We were offered the same upgraded room without having to move. Hotel is close to historic sight seeing spots and close to many good restaurants including excellent ones in the hotel. Very true 5 star facilities, amenities and staff! Picture from our room!

A wonderful hotel in beautiful surroundings. The fitness centre and pool are great as was the buffet. My room was upgraded on check-in. Even though it is one of the first modern hotels in China it does not feel dated in the slightest. I can't recommend it enough.

Nice hotel and clean. Surrounded by European buildings and walking along Peral River. Enjoyed the stay.

A hotel with lots of history and tradition. Located directly next to Shameen. Excellent view overseeing GBA art center. Can take ferry to the GBA art center. With a number of tasty Michelin star restaurants, not short of choices during stay period.

Everything was perfect and then no nespresso coffee machine, instant coffee was provided only. The following day checking out, staff told us not every room had coffee machine.

Excellent service. fitness center swimming pool and spa are amazing! Very good hotel. Minor problem about noisy tv and air con. Provided quick fix that night, and reassure me they will provide long term fix. Also gave me small gift to compensate. Overall handling the issue very well. Please remember to fix. And for me, I will choose this hotel again for sure. Thank you for the amazing service and stay!

This is my fourth stay at White Swan this year. I always come back to this hotel because of its location and its service. This time I even tired their dim sum restaurant, food is great and the mooncakes are the best that I have even tasted.

Wonderful time at the White Swan. Fab location right next to shamian and the river. Best prawn dumplings at the dim sum breakfast! Pay more to get a river view room!

Enjoy the stay! Room is clean and staff is friendly. Easy to call for cab.

This hotel is a national certified 5 star local hotel. Overall, this hotel is fairly clean, old but maintained well, food is nice, and located in a popular area for tourists called Sha Mian. One thing made me lowered down my rating is their unequal service towards Chinese and foreigners. I traveled with my colleague who is a foreigner. We booked the same type of room and checked in at the same time on the same day. However, he got free upgraded but me and another lady colleague weren’t. It made us feel disappointed on the unequal treatment received between Chinese and foreigners as well as man and women.
