The location was good theres restaurants and shopping centres beside this hotel and the service was great , clean and high tech

Very nice and beautiful hotel situated in the centre. Easy to travel to other places. Room was nice and comfortable with all facilities. Nice view from the room as well. Personnel was very kind, always ready to help. Some spoke English which is a plus point. We will definitely be back again next year. Thank you for everything.

Nasty white stain on the curtains. Loud construction, wearing ear plugs are uncomfortable. Don't give enough shampoo, bodywash, when you ask takes 30 mins to deliver. Often they forget the request. Too many light switches in the room, it would be more convenient to have a single area to turn the lights on/off. Locations is alright, right in between Old Town and New town.

I enjoyed my stay here. It is at an convenient location with shops and restaurants around (McDonald's is less 100m away). Although it is in the city, it is not the nearest to most of the tourist sights. However with Didi, shared bikes and Guangzhou's metro I got around just fine. Only managed to use the gym which was quite good for hotel gym. Did not manage to use the pool because they needed swimming caps which I did not have with me, but it looked lovely as not many places in China has outdoor pools.

The room was very clean and had a good amount of space. It was very easy to call a DiDi from this hotel because there was a pick up spot in front of the lobby. It is about a 15 minute walk to Huacheng Square, which is not too bad if the weather is good. If it's summer, it might be too hot to walk there because there is no shade. I would stay here again.

It’s a very nice hotel good location. Very nice lobby, pool. The room had a very nice room over canton tower. Breakfast is very good a lot of choices. Employees are friendly and helpful. A real 4 Stars hotel.

I would rate the hotel as all 5 except for the showering experience. You can barely take a 5 minute shower because the water keeps getting colder over the time. If you want to take a relaxing shower after a whole day’s work, you won’t be able to do that.
Other than that, the hotel is conveniently located in the Zhujiang New District. The hotel room is clean and the staff members are friendly and polite.

Wonderful Stay, we were here for 2 Weeks for Business and Tourism. The Hotel is in the Best and most modern Area In Guangzhou.
I definetly recommend visiting Vincents Bar right next to the Reception. He speaks good English and is a awesome Guy.
We will definitely be booking this hotel again

Way too expensive for what the hotel has to offer. It was also really noisy and one of the windows couldn’t be closed. It’s not that close to the subway either.
At least the wash machine and the fridge where alright. Theorically you can also cook but there aren’t any cook ustensils provided…

We booked a two bedroom apartment which was nice and spacious. The room was tidy but cleanliness could have been better. There was dust near the entrance and under some of the curtains that had not been vacuumed/removed. The room itself is fairly old, there are stains and age marks in the kitchen and kitchen appliances. The furniture is decent but is aged and worn, for example, the study table drawers do not close smoothly once opened and the wardrobe doors do not slide smoothly. We requested two additional towels but received only hand towels which was disappointing.

I stayed here for two nights. The service is really bad. The weather was really hot these days, I could not sleep at night as they were not offering a reasonable temperature. I called for help and the staff' reply was like reading a staff's guideline. I have also been told that the temperature is controlled by central air conditioning. This is ridiculous.
The water's excurrent system of the bathtub is broken as well.
Disappointed with the arrangement and service, I will never book their hotel again.

Hotel. Overall. Is above average but as its a local. Establishment their air-conditioning system couldn't adjust to lower then 26c during winter. Wherelse if you are an international chain hotel, you can do the adjustment to your require temp.
