Guangzhou stream side soup stay

This is my second time to stay at Xibian Hot Spring Hotel. The overall service environment is fine, but I would like to raise a few issues with the Phase 2 room type I stayed in this time, as follows: (1) Although the rooms in the new Phase 2 (Xibian and Yayuan rooms) are large in size, they are newly renovated and the aromatherapy in the room cannot cover the smell of new furniture. The smell is even stronger when the window is closed at night (2) The bed is made of wood and makes a loud noise when it moves. Even a child of a few years old stretching in bed will make a loud noise, making it difficult to sleep well at night (3) The facilities are all in Phase 1. Living in Phase 2 is relatively inconvenient, but it is suitable for people who like quietness I recommend staying in Phase 1 rooms in the future

Stayed for one night to visit relatives, with a discounted package, the experience was very good, the hot spring water was very refreshing, and the breakfast was also very delicious. The slightly bad thing was that the guests next door were a little noisy, and the soundproofing was not very good, but it didn't affect it much.

This time I stayed in Phase 2. The room is much bigger and more comfortable than Phase 1. The overall feeling is good. Miss Zhang Xin at the front desk has a good service attitude and patience, and answers all the questions raised in detail.
