樓下五分鐘就可以走到地鐵站，出行方便；樓下也有很多餐飲店和便利店，沒想到好都德就在附近，每天和朋友回來也會在便利店買東西。
老闆人很好，第一天入住找不到路，凌晨一兩點還給房東打電話要指路。
衞生也乾淨，我一個皮膚過敏的人沒事，要推薦一個沙發床，我和男朋友躺着看電影真的很舒服。
