I stayed here for two days before commenting. The bed was big and the room was very clean and tidy.
The water pressure in the faucet is great, which I am very satisfied with.
The service from the lady at the front desk is also very good😂
A prosperous area with everything you need and convenient transportation.
Downstairs is the main road and commercial street. I live in a room on the 8th floor. I can see the human fireworks outside from the window😃

It has one of the best reputation in Guangzhou e-sports industry! The computer graphics card in the room starts with 3060, equipped with an ergonomic E-sports chair, a mechanical keyboard, a display with a minimum of 144hz, and a Logitech sports mouse, so that you can enjoy the fun of E-sports. At the same time, there is a snack gas station in the house and a self-service washing machine in the public area to solve your worries! It is 200 meters away from the hotel. There are bars, live webcasts, KTV, shopping malls, restaurants and secret rooms.

The hotel was very cheap, and the room was very large as well. The location is not too bad, especially if you take the subway. It's also very fast to use the taxi to get to all the interesting areas of the city. The staff were extremely helpful with getting me into the room, and even helped me with getting food delivered to the room using the food delivery app Meituan because I couldn't understand Chinese very well at all.
I originally planned 2 nights but because of travel changes, I had to leave early, but they refunded me the 2nd night without any issues, so I feel that they really accommodated me well. They also provided free breakfast here but I slept in and missed it but I was very happy that they offered it for free.

Upon booking, I contacted the hotel receptionist who promptly arranged a driver to pick me up from the airport. The transfer service was seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. The hotel's lobby was immaculate, and the staff courteously showed me to my room, providing a thorough introduction to the hotel's facilities.

I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.

Same goes with watching the airplanes take-off and landing, not a sound at all. The shuttle service is number 1 for personalized service. The room was nice, better than the hotel photos. On a cloudy day you may feel yourself inside a cloud. The lights of city in the evening are especially good looking from the this hotel. I like the ambiance of this hotel. The vibe is a relaxed sophistication. The artwork in the hallways, elevators and public spaces is very nice. Sometimes, i find the public spaces and hallways of this hotel to be more beautiful than the room, haha. The room is well reserved and relaxing , whereas public spaces are more energetic. Probably, how it should be. The great asset of this hotel is all the staff. And that would be the first reason i will be back to this place. GGuest UserThe hotel is in an excellent location. It is within a reasonable distance from Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street and Chen Clan Ancestral Hall. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk and 7 minutes to walk to the subway station. The hotel actually occupies three floors of a residential building. The room is really not flattering. There is a bed as soon as you open the door. There is only one bed in the whole room. Two people can only sleep on the bed in the room. There is no place to put it in the room. The toilet is small and pitiful. One person can't take a shower and the other person can't use the toilet. . This is the smallest room I have ever booked on Ctrip. The order indicates that there are windows, but there are no windows, and the area is definitely not 20 square meters. Won’t book again, poor experience

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have visited this Hotel.As always the facilities are excellent,especially the Gym,Jacuzzi,Sauna and indoor hot pool available for both genders.The personell are very hospitable.If I may give some constructive criticism, the lunch self help at the California Restaurant was a bit dissapointing.They should have more variety of meat,and fish.Last time there was Sushi available for dinner, however this time for lunch no Sushi.And lamb or pork or mutton as an extra meat dish.They should also have a dry white wine on the Wine List at a reasonable price.They can contact Me at ************************************* , and I will supply.

CChengxiqu88clean and nice remodeling. But this is not a 5 star, rather 3 to 4 star. Actually it’s a weird hotel. They completely lack the windows. The hallways are zigzagging and has a huge risk if fire breaks. I don’t know how the city government allows this kind of hotel. They turned off the heater and keep saying they turned it on. Latter they provided a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel.

SSeh KiatVery good location next to the Beijing Lu Pedestrian Walk. In the older part of the city. The surrounding is very nostalgic yet very well kept by the city.
My room is a river view high floor and it was exactly what I got. Full height window and a Tatami bed. It also came with a washer and a separate dryer. Unfortunately the dryer had to be placed in the bathroom which made it a bit cramp.
The room itself is well maintained and what I suspect to be toiletries left behind by previous occupants are displayed for subsequent travellers.
I had great sleep, unfortunately I could not enjoy the great view because it was fogged out during my stay..
Overall, think Airbnb apartment.
The building is quite aged, so the lifts are a bit slow in coming. Add to that, the entire building seems to be occupied by numerous similar operators.
BTW Check In and service desk is in apartment 1813, at least for now.
