The hotel is with excellent location and facilities. But most importantly is the service and the staff. It took me by surprise the number of staff members speaking English and being so friendly and professional. From the reception we were greeted in English and June ,, job number 038 , welcomed us with a smile and care. She made sure we got WiFi connection and we were instructed how to use the card for the in suite hot spring spa bath . We spent amazing 4days and 3 nights. I used also the massage services , which were average level. For any service we went for during our stay June was the one to connect and made sure we got the best service. Another person that contributed to our pleasant experience was the restaurant manager. She was also fluent in English. Honestly, we never expected so many people to speak the language. The breakfast was with mix Asian and westerner food; fresh and delicious. The spa Center was amazing. We had very relaxing and calm break from work and the noise in th EF big city. Just outstanding hotel, service and location .

This is the second time visiting this hotel and every time we have enjoyed our experience. The service is great and there are a few staff who speak English. If you need help they will be called. Easy fast check in, and we were shown to our room. There are a great variety of pools which are suitable for both adults and children. Its a very relaxing environment. There is a great variety of food in the restaurant, with efficient service. On our last day we were able to check out and still use the hotsprings for a few more hours. It would be good if there was more healthy selection of breakfast cereals, as well as the treats but really everything was fantastic. We will come again!

However, I didn't eat there, so I don't know whether it is delicious or expensive. The disadvantages are: the room was humid all night, and the floor was still wet even with the air conditioner turned on. The water in the bath was not hot enough and it felt like it was mixed with cold water. Finally, it would be better if the bath was equipped with a ladle.

I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to escape into a little piece of paradise!

The hotel environment is quite good. There are few hot springs, but the water is relatively clean. There are 6 in total, one of which is not open. There are a lot of debris dropped from the trees on the two pools near the side. There is also a swimming pool. The children like this hot spring very much. The hotel room is strange. The bedroom space is relatively tight, and the bathroom is very spacious. There is no table in the room, and there is no place to put clothes. It is not very convenient. The parking lot is not big, and it can park more than 20 cars in total.

I booked a garden-style hot spring room this time. The check-in speed was fast and the clerk's service attitude was good. The room type is located on the mountainside not far away, but there were not enough directions on the road. I went around and found it. It should be like a certain Hong Hotel also sets up guidance signs. The hot spring room is large and has no musty smell. The elegant Chinese decoration style is very comfortable. The bed is clean and stain-free. Disposable toiletries are provided. The water pressure in the bathroom is sufficient, but you have to wait for the hot water to come out. In addition, there are insufficient sockets in the room, so you need to ask the front desk. Borrowing power strips, and the sound insulation of balcony windows and doors is average. Breakfast is in the main building. The variety and taste of breakfast are okay. The hot spring pool is outdoors and is large enough for 3 to 4 people to soak in the pool at the same time. You need to notify the front desk to release the water. One pool of water is provided free of charge. You will need to pay an additional 100 yuan per pool later. The staff will disinfect it before releasing the water, which is good. The room provides tea making equipment. It's nice to sit outside with close friends and chat and drink tea. You can also bring an induction cooker to make hot pot or something. To find a large supermarket, you need to drive to the other side of the river. If you are in a farm, there are several nearby, which is quite convenient. Overall, the check-in process was pleasant, the service was in place, and it was a good place to relax.
