酒店的位置簡直是滿分！出門就是桂林的標誌性建築——象鼻山，步行幾分鐘就能到兩江四湖邊的文昌橋碼頭。酒店的服務態度很好，從入住到退房，每一位工作人員都保持着微笑，給人賓至如歸的感覺。5號和8號兩位工作人員服務非常到位。旅拍攝影師也是非常專業熱情，下次來玩還是優選這裏。

酒店在象山一號門口，酒店環境很好，房間很乾凈，早餐也不錯。尤其接待我們的前台美女小王，超貼心，免費升級了帶天台的房間，還給我們畫了吃飯和遊覽導圖。如果有機會再來還住她家。

這個酒店很好，就在景區旁邊，工作人員服務也很體貼，很親切，因為是在景區旁邊沒有電梯，酒店工作人員會幫你幫行李搬進去，很貼心，進酒店後會領你到房間裏，很好的酒店，我給五星好評，我是山東的，這是我親自住的，不是刷評分的，大家可以放心住，如果我説的不對可以找我

總的感覺非常滿意。感謝服務員1號，6號，8號，16號，熱情周到，為我們介紹了周圍觀景。還有搬運行李的兩位師傅，另外還要感謝攝影師，大早來酒店為我們免費拍攝。希望以後還有機會來桂林。
