酒店接機服務很方便，中秋節還送了月餅特別貼心，衞生也很乾凈，浴缸有一次性用品，前台小唐服務態度特別好，臨走時還送了伴手禮，很愉快的住宿體驗！

我在網站预订酒店後直接打电话给酒店查詢事宜，客服十分有耐性地一一解答，checkin過程十分顺利，早餐多類別選擇，我也經酒店介紹包車到梯田及陽朔，司機十分準時有禮。酒店酒吧在頂樓，可看景，十分舒服。

房間很大，很乾凈
沒訂到套房，兩間房也安排在了同一層，很方便
各種小禮物和服務都很貼心，樓頂的sky bar去喝酒吹風很舒服
酒店的導遊服務天天給安排的也很到位，整體旅遊體驗很不錯

酒店地理位置極佳,對面就是象山公園1號門，房間配置也很好，服務很熱情，不管是哪個部門遇見都會問候,看到帶着小寶寶，送了好多木偶玩具，小寶寶很是開心早餐也很不錯，品種豐富，味道也很好!退房當天剛好是中秋節，酒店還送了幾個月餅，非常驚喜。推薦！
