Good hotel. Near to major tourist spot. A bit old but happy with the room.

I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay at the Guilin Grand Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had basic amenities. The location of the hotel is a big plus as it is close to many of Guilin's top attractions. Overall, I would highly recommend the Guilin Grand Hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The front desk said that the room was newly renovated in July, the facilities and services are very good, the room and the corridor are also well lit, and I looked around the price, it is still worth it. I didn't have time to eat breakfast, and the waiter asked me if I needed to pack it. The hotel is next to Guihu Lake and Shida Wangcheng, and not far from Xiangbi Hill. For travel, there are buses at the door, Didi is also OK, or you can choose to ride the shared transportation on the roadside at the door, haha ​​😄 But it is recommended to ride in cool weather. I wish the hotel a prosperous business and I will stay here next time~

I paid the difference to upgrade to a new room, and the front desk gave me a breakfast coupon with many varieties and delicious rice noodles. What made me happy was that there was a small swimming pool on the top floor, the water was quite clean, and the children didn't want to leave after playing. The adults sat next to them, watching the children, the mountain view in the distance, and the cool breeze, which was very comfortable.

The hotel staff are warm and hospitable, and they are very polite every day. The hotel lobby is large, but a bit old. I was surprised when I got to the guest room. We stayed on a newly renovated floor. The room facilities and hygiene are perfect for the price in the summer. It is quiet in the bustling city, the room is spacious, and travel is convenient. The hotel is under renovation, the corridor smells of renovation, there is no sign on the Ctrip booking page, but the room is ok. The location is very good, Chunji roast goose and Lao Hu's fish market are downstairs, which is convenient for eating. I ate Chunji and it was very ordinary, not comparable to the roast meat in Cantonese restaurants. I also had a stomachache that day, and now I feel disgusted when I see roast goose.
