慎重！慎重！慎重！1.老闆會為客户添加思想2.定的房貨不對版3.本來就不是什麼湖景房非要扯湖景房，一説就來氣，50平又怎麼樣？那麼大空間我去房間裏面舞獅嗎？4.老闆是北方人非常囉嗦發現講不通了開始撒謊用分娩來博取同情心，很下頭！5.房間拖鞋是臭的，沒有一次性拖鞋，就連一塊錢一瓶水都沒有6.電視壞的，燈壞的，有一個燈關不了一直亮了一晚上7.熱水器很差勁忽冷忽熱，還有可能隨時電**那種8.隔音非常的差聽到走廊隔壁説話，都是馬路上車的聲音，還有那個是小區早上有長者活動9.沐浴用品，洗完皮膚癢，頭髮硬邦邦，毛巾不乾淨，別人拿來擦鞋過10.慎重！慎重！用檢測軟件檢測出來有針孔
