No english speaking staff, not even at the reception No MasterCard or VISA-Card possible to use Toilets in public area in the lobby a total desaster..see picture No proper room cleaning, just exchanged towels… Not good service at breakfast, running out of silverware, too crowded, very slow cleaning of tables to free up space —＞ not worth the money spent!!! What kind of reimbursement can be offered to us? We are Platinum Memnber at trip.com…!!!

Hotel is cleaned, easy accessible (walking distance) to Sun Moon Tower, elephant trunk hill. Hotel offers good varieties of breakfast. Reception concierge is helpful and friendly.

The room is clean It is tidy The tools are new. The reception are helpful and nice.

Location is superb ! Walking street, Sun Moon pagoda, elephant trunk hill are all witjin walking distance. Hotel also provides self service laundry, detergent are all provided foc. Service staff even help to unload my laundry from wash to dry machine, and fold up my clothings and put in basket while i am asleep. Buffet breakfast is good ! Steongly recommended.

The location is perfect, close to most of the attractions in downtown. The room was clean and spacious, highly recommend.

Great location in the middle of the night street and very close to pagodas. But not noisy in the room. Buffet breakfast is good too.

Super location, walking distance to all tourist sites like Elephant Mountain, and cafes , restaurants, etc. Front staff MsLin Ran, graciously accepts our complimentary breakfast request. Other front staffs are also very helpful in providing information on getting around the places. Breakfast was simple but well spread with choices. Coffee allow to take away. Room was spacious and very clean.

Loved this hotel. It looked newly renovated so everything in the room was in great condition! Very worth the price we paid :) Location is great too, it's on the pedestrian street itself with plenty of food options nearby, and within walking distance to the twin pagodas and Elephant Trunk Mountain park. My family was very happy staying here. Service was quick and efficient too. Our first time at an Atour hotel and we will definitely consider staying at other Atour hotels in future.

Very nice hotel centrally located, super friendly staff. The only low point was there is no coffee in the room for people who have to get up super early - which is a super easy “problem” to solve. Would come back!

I really appreciate the modern amenities and actually having a gym on sight is a game changer! So close to local attractions as well!

The hotel has an excellent location, literally on the main walking street area, surrounded by bars, restaurants and stores. It is also accessible to the main road. The Sun and Moon Pagodas are just a 5-10 minute walk away and this is a great thing to go and see early evening, especially for sunset and when the lights come on. Check-in at the hotel is easy and swift, although there is only one elevator. Breakfast is served on floor 6, and has a good selection of western and Chinese food. The laundry room is on floor 4, and was very useful and easy to use during my stay-and free of charge! There is also a small gym here on floor 4. The rooms are well-appointed and thought-out, containing everything you need for a comfortable stay. The TV didn't unfortunately have any English channels, not even CGTN! The main thing that I will remember about this hotel is the excellent service we received when some of our group became sick, the manager arranged free breakfast brought to our rooms and anything else we needed to help us...this really helped us on our stay! Definitely would stay here again! Highly recommended.
